Danish Mobile Toilet
Denmark has made numerous innovations in mobile toilets and related designs, primarily reflected in space utilization, environmental protection concepts, and unique designs.

Space Utilization Innovation
The bathrooms in Danish hotels adopt a "movable" design. The sink can be moved away along the track, transforming the previously obstructed space into an independent shower cubicle, and enabling functional switching through movable walls. This design breaks the traditional fixed layout of bathrooms, achieving flexible conversion of multiple functions within limited space, greatly improving space utilization. For places like hotels, it provides guests with a more comfortable and convenient bathroom experience within limited space, while also saving building space costs to a certain extent, making it a very practical and forward-looking design concept.
Environmental Protection Concept Innovation
At the Roskilde Festival in Denmark, the Danish government and a local well-known brewery joined forces to collect urine from mobile toilets at the festival site and use it to make fertilizer for irrigating wheat used in brewing, proposing the environmental protection concept of "beercycling". This initiative effectively utilizes the waste from mobile toilets, achieving the recycling and reuse of resources and reducing the pollution of waste to the environment. At the same time, it also provides new ideas and references for other large-scale events in handling waste from mobile toilets, helping to promote the entire society towards a more environmentally friendly and sustainable direction.
Unique Design Innovation
The three-person fluorescent pink urinal Lapee from Denmark has a unique design. Users need to squat with their heads exposed, without doors or partitions, and it can accommodate three people simultaneously. This design was piloted in Den Bosch, the Netherlands, to solve the problem of women having difficulty finding toilets in public places. It breaks the traditional design mode of urinals, innovating in terms of usage and capacity. Although its design has certain controversies regarding privacy protection, it undoubtedly provides a new attempt and exploration direction for solving the problem of women finding toilets in public places.
