Custom Mobile Toilet Size
The size of custom mobile toilets needs to be designed according to specific needs. Common specifications include 2.5m×6m×3m, 1.06m×1.07m×2.5m, 1.2m×1.7m×2.5m, 1.16m×1.4m×2.9m, etc. They can also be designed as a model that is 6 meters long and includes 4 squatting positions plus a hand-washing area.

Common Size Types and Applicable Scenarios
The size design of mobile toilets needs to comprehensively consider the number of users, functional configurations, and transportation conditions. Small single-squatting-position mobile toilets (such as 1.06m×1.07m×2.5m) are suitable for temporary events or scenarios with limited space. Their compact structure can meet the needs of a single person using the toilet, and they are usually equipped with a squatting pan or a toilet seat, a ventilation system, and simple lighting inside. Medium-sized multi-squatting-position mobile toilets (such as 2.5m×6m×3m) are commonly found at construction sites or scenic spots. They can accommodate 2-4 squatting positions, and some models may add a hand-washing area or a management room. The spatial layout focuses more on functional zoning and personnel flow efficiency. Long comprehensive mobile toilets (such as a 6-meter-long model with 4 squatting positions + a hand-washing area) are designed for high-traffic scenarios. Through modular combinations, they integrate functions such as using the toilet, hand-washing, and storage, making them suitable for large-scale events or long-term use needs.
Core Principles of Size Customization
- Matching Functional Requirements: The number of squatting positions directly affects the length design. For each additional squatting position, an extra 0.8-1.2 meters of space needs to be reserved. The addition of a hand-washing area, a management room, or barrier-free facilities will further expand the size.
- Transportation and Installation Constraints: Mobile toilets need to be transported by trucks. The overall width usually does not exceed 2.5 meters (the width of a standard lane), and the height needs to be below 4 meters to avoid height restrictions. The length can be flexibly adjusted according to functional requirements.
- Ergonomic Optimization: It is recommended that the internal net width of a squatting position be no less than 0.9 meters and the net depth be no less than 1.2 meters to ensure user comfort. A space of more than 0.6 meters should be reserved in the direction the door opens to avoid conflicts with external facilities.
Size Adjustments for Special Scenarios
If barrier-free requirements need to be met, the width of the squatting position should be increased to more than 1.5 meters, and it should be equipped with handrails, an emergency call device, and a low-position hand-washing table. In plateau or cold regions, the thickness of the insulation layer needs to be increased, resulting in a slight expansion of the overall size. For mobile toilets used for medical purposes such as temporary isolation points, independent channels and disinfection areas need to be set up according to regulations, and the size needs to be further adjusted.
