Custom Mobile Toilet Grade Classification
There is currently no unified standard for the grade classification of custom mobile toilets, but they can be classified with reference to performance indicators such as wind resistance and water resistance. The following provides a detailed introduction from the aspects of wind resistance and water resistance:

Wind Resistance Grades:
Regular standard mobile toilets have a wind resistance grade of 8–10, corresponding to wind speeds of 17.2–28.4 m/s. These toilets adopt a conventional structural design and can meet the basic needs of construction sites, municipal areas, and ordinary scenic spots, remaining stable under normal wind conditions.
High-end, scenic spot, or large-sized mobile toilets can have a wind resistance grade of up to 12, with a wind speed range of 32.7–36.9 m/s. They are constructed with steel structures and equipped with reinforcement designs, offering high structural strength. They are suitable for coastal areas, open high-wind regions, and other environments with strong winds, effectively resisting strong wind attacks.
Simple and lightweight mobile toilets have a wind resistance grade of 6–8 and are only suitable for low-wind and temporary scenarios. These toilets have a relatively simple structure and are lightweight, making them suitable for use in temporary locations with low wind speeds.
Construction site and economical mobile toilets have a wind resistance grade of 10, meeting the safety requirements of municipal areas and construction sites. In construction sites and other locations where wind conditions are relatively complex, a wind resistance capacity of grade 10 can ensure the normal use of the toilet and the safety of personnel.
Water Resistance Grades:
Grade 1 water resistance is the splash-proof grade, requiring complete impermeability with no wet spots on the surface. This water resistance standard is suitable for areas with extremely high water resistance requirements, such as important public restrooms or special locations, ensuring the interior of the toilet remains dry and preventing facility damage and hygiene issues caused by water seepage.
Grade 2 water resistance is the spray-proof grade, allowing a small amount of wet spots on the structural surface but no leakage. It is suitable for ordinary public restrooms or commercial locations with relatively high water resistance requirements, meeting certain water resistance needs while being more cost-effective than Grade 1 water resistance.
Grade 3 water resistance is the heavy rain-proof grade, allowing a small number of leakage points but no linear flow or mud and sand leakage. It is suitable for general public restrooms or temporary facilities, enabling them to cope with heavy rain and ensuring the basic functionality of the toilet.
Grade 4 water resistance is the prolonged heavy rain-proof grade, allowing a small number of leakage points but no linear flow or mud and sand leakage, with an average leakage volume of ≤2 l/m²/d. It is suitable for low-frequency use or temporary toilets, such as construction site toilets, controlling the degree of leakage even during prolonged heavy rain and reducing the impact on use.
