Creative Mobile Toilet Production

Admin September 21, 2026

There are mainly the following methods for producing creative mobile toilets:

Making a Mobile Toilet Using a Water Storage Barrel

First, take out a water storage barrel from home and split it in half lengthwise with an angle grinder. Fix universal wheels at the four corners of a wooden board for easy movement. Use self-tapping screws to attach wooden strips to the upper side of the barrel to increase its height. Cut an opening on the side of the water storage barrel and install sponge strips on both sides of the opening to form a door frame. Insert plastic soft boards between the wooden strips to create an elevated wall. Place the upper half of the water storage barrel on top of the wooden strips to form a roof. Paint the wooden strips with white waterproof paint to enhance their appearance. Use foam strips to拼接 (assemble) discarded honeycomb wooden boards to make a simple door. Cut a hole at the bottom of the barrel and install a drain pipe to form a floor drain. Drill holes on the side and bottom of a plastic bucket and connect them with direct fittings. Place the plastic bucket on the roof to form a small water storage device. Use a water pipe to make a bath heater. Install a tee fitting below the water inlet pipe and connect it to a showerhead. Place a toilet and install a water tank. Fix the toilet with glass glue and connect the drain pipe to the sewage barrel. Horizontally connect a water pipe to the tee fitting on the outlet pipe and extend it to the door as the water inlet pipe for the sink. Drill a hole in the door and install a fitting.

Creating a Mobile Toilet Using Discarded Tiles

First, place the toilet on the tile and draw a red marking line along its edge. Move the toilet away and use an angle grinder to cut out a rectangular tile piece slightly larger than the bottom of the toilet along the marking line. Turn the rectangular tile over and place universal wheels at its four corners. Draw marking points with a marker pen and drill screw holes with an electric drill. Realign the universal wheels with the screw holes, insert screw rods, and tighten the nuts to fix them. Use an angle grinder to cut off the protruding screw rods on the back of the tile. Place the toilet back on the tile and draw marking lines along its edge. Mark the position of the sewage outlet at the bottom of the toilet that connects to the drainage system. Insert a hose from the bottom of the tile and fix it. Apply white cement along the marking lines on the tile and place the toilet on it according to the marking lines to bond the toilet and the tile with the cement. Move the toilet with the installed base to the bathroom, install the water tank, tighten the plastic fixing parts, cover the water tank lid, install the toilet seat, put the sewage hose into the drain pipe, and connect the water inlet pipe to the water tank.

Making a Flexible Mobile Toilet Using PVC Pipes

Prepare four plastic caps. Drill small holes through them with an electric drill, insert screws from the outside in, and screw in nuts and wheel combinations to fix them. Cut four small sections of straight pipes and tightly connect them to the plastic caps. Drill circular holes through the sides of some tee fittings and assemble the two side support parts. Insert straight pipes into the reserved holes of the tee fittings and connect them to form a base frame. Install wheel covers. Extend straight pipes vertically upwards, along with elbow reducers on both sides, and install wooden footrests and a base. Place sturdy wooden boards around and on top, and fix the backrest at the back with screws. Install tightened plastic pipes at the four front corners as handrails. Use soft pipes to edge the front of the wooden boards and cut a circular hole of the required size in the middle of the wooden boards.
