Courtyard Mobile Toilet Installation
Admin September 21, 2026
The installation of a mobile toilet in the courtyard should follow the steps and precautions outlined below:

I. Pre-installation Preparation
- Site Survey and Planning
- Measure the site dimensions to ensure the access passage width is ≥1.2 meters, reserving space for operations.
- Confirm the connection point for the sewage pipe (nearest sewer or designated sewage collection tank) and plan the water supply access point.
- Equipment and Tool Preparation
- Upon arrival, verify the quantity, model, and accessories of the mobile toilet, checking for no damage to the exterior and intact internal facilities.
- Equip with tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and spirit levels, arrange for 2-3 professional installers, and coordinate a crane for assistance in moving if necessary.
- Safety and Environmental Inspection
- Installation is prohibited during windy weather (≥ force 5) or high-altitude work without protection.
- Keep away from fire sources; smoking or using open-flame equipment inside the toilet is prohibited.
- Demarcate the construction area and set up warning signs; adequate lighting is required for night work.
II. On-site Installation Steps
- Positioning and Fixing the Main Body
- Use a crane to lift the toilet main body to the designated location, adjust the equipment to be level using a spirit level, with a deviation not exceeding 3mm.
- Fix the equipment with expansion bolts or counterweights to ensure structural stability.
- Pipe and Water Supply Connection
- Connect the sewage pipe to the sewer or sewage collection tank, ensuring the pipe slope is ≥2% to prevent backflow of sewage.
- Connect the water supply and test the flushing function and drainage seal to ensure no leakage.
- Accessory Installation and Debugging
- Install accessories such as door curtains and anti-slip mats, checking that door locks and flush buttons are flexible.
- Clean and disinfect the interior, placing air fresheners, toilet paper, and other consumables.
III. Post-installation Testing and Acceptance
- Function Testing
- Flush Testing: Press the flush button 3 times consecutively to confirm smooth drainage without blockage.
- Load Testing: Evenly step on the top of the equipment to check structural stability.
- Acceptance and Handover
- Provide the customer with an 'Equipment Installation Acceptance Form', noting the installation date, warranty period, and usage instructions.
Precautions: The installation of a mobile toilet does not require complex civil engineering works, but strict adherence to the snap-fit connection specifications is necessary to ensure a tight fit at every step. If site conditions are restricted (such as sloped land or soft soil foundation), the foundation should be reinforced in advance or the equipment fixing method adjusted.
