Container structure houses come in a variety of sizes, with common standard sizes including 20-foot, 40-foot, and 40-foot high-cube containers, as well as a variety of non-standard custom sizes.

I. Standard Container Sizes

1. 20-foot Standard Container (20GP): The external dimensions are 6058mm (length) × 2438mm (width) × 2591mm (height), and the internal dimensions are 5867mm (length) × 2330mm (width) × 2350mm (height), with an area of approximately 13.88 square meters. It is suitable for single-person offices, dormitories, shops, and other scenarios.

2. 40-foot Standard Container (40GP): The external dimensions are 12192mm (length) × 2438mm (width) × 2591mm (height), and the internal dimensions are 11998mm (length) × 2330mm (width) × 2350mm (height), with an area of approximately 27.59 square meters. It can be divided into multi-functional spaces or multi-person dormitories.

3. 40-foot High-Cube Container (40HQ): The external dimensions are 12192mm (length) × 2438mm (width) × 2896mm (height), and the internal dimensions are 11998mm (length) × 2330mm (width) × 2655mm (height), with an area also of approximately 27.59 square meters. However, the height is increased to 2.655 meters, making it suitable for exhibition halls or housing with height requirements.

II. Non-Standard Custom Sizes

1. Regular Non-Standard Sizes: These include dimensions such as 3 meters in length, 3 meters in width, and 2.8 meters in height (9 square meters in area), 6 meters in length, 3 meters in width, and 2.8 meters in height (18 square meters in area), and 7 meters in length, 3 meters in width, and 2.8 meters in height (21 square meters in area). These sizes can be adjusted according to specific needs, such as adding corridors, balconies, or designing a second floor.

2. Flexible Customization Range: Widths can be selected from 2.5 meters, 2.55 meters, 3 meters, 4 meters, etc. Heights can be selected from 2.6 meters, 2.7 meters, 2.8 meters, 2.9 meters, etc. Lengths can be further extended according to needs, such as 3 meters × 8 meters, 3 meters × 9 meters, 3 meters × 12 meters, etc.

3. Special Requirement Customization: For example, double-wing expandable containers can collapse the side spaces during transportation and expand to form an indoor area of approximately 36 square meters when in use, balancing transportation efficiency with actual usable area.
