Container Refitted Luxury House

Containers can be refitted into luxury houses, with multiple successful cases available for reference.

In terms of villa refitting, a couple used two scrapped containers for renovation. They placed the containers separately, built a wooden floor in the middle, fixed and raised the roof with a wooden frame, and then completed the decoration of the top and walls. Through these steps, they successfully built a high-end luxury villa. This refitting method makes full use of the basic structure of the containers and achieves the transformation from ordinary containers to luxury villas through reasonable spatial layout and the use of decoration materials.

For the refitting of luxury large apartments, a couple spent four years transforming two 10-year-old containers into a luxury large apartment with four bedrooms and one living room. During the renovation process, they first completed the construction of the corridor roof frame, then made the wall frames and installed the corridor. After making and installing frames on both sides of the roof, they chose waterproof boards for the corridor walls and carried out related work such as the installation of roof windows. After a series of precise operations, the interior reached a top-level decoration standard, achieving a fully functional and comfortable luxury large apartment effect.

For studio refitting, a young man bought a container for 5000 yuan and refitted it. He first applied glue on the back of foam boards and pasted them on the inner walls of the container. The wooden supports were covered with foam boards, and the iron door was embedded and sealed with foam boards. Then he installed wooden frames and sliding glass, installed gypsum boards close to the foam boards and dealt with the gaps. He cut openings on the side of the container to install exhaust fans, installed workbenches, divided the wall colors with paint, installed support brackets, work platforms, and adjustable workbench brackets, and finally installed lighting lamps, connected the power supply, and equipped it with air conditioners, turning it into a luxury studio. This refitting method focuses on functionality and comfort, meeting the usage needs of the studio.

These cases show that through reasonable design and careful decoration, containers can be refitted into various types of luxury houses, providing people with unique living or working spaces.
