Container Module Mobile House
Admin September 15, 2026
The container module mobile house is an independent office or living unit transformed from a standard container, featuring a sturdy structure, convenient transportation, and rapid deployment, making it suitable for various scenarios such as construction sites, emergency response, and cultural tourism.

Structure and Types
The container module mobile house is based on standard containers (e.g., 20-foot and 40-foot) and is transformed into an independent functional unit. Its core structure is a high-strength light steel frame, combined with anti-corrosion treatment and mature hinge track design, ensuring a flat and seamless finish when expanded. Depending on functional requirements, it can be classified into four types:
- Container Type: Single or multiple containers are spliced together, suitable for construction site command centers, project departments, etc.
- Foldable Type: The volume is compressed during transportation, and the expansion time can be controlled within 30 minutes, making it suitable for frequent relocation needs such as exploration teams and temporary command posts.
- Assembled Type: Combining light steel keels with color steel plates, it is modularly assembled on-site, allowing for flexible expansion and is commonly seen in temporary offices in parks and event planning sites.
- Expandable Type: Additional side or end expansion cabins are added to the container, increasing the usable area by 30%-50%, suitable for long-term on-site offices.
Performance Advantages
- Sturdy Structure: The all-steel frame has a wind resistance rating of up to Level 12 and an earthquake resistance rating of Level 8, with a frame deformation rate far below the industry threshold.
- Rapid Deployment: Structural, insulation, water, and electricity components are prefabricated in the factory, and the lifting and expansion can be completed on-site within 1 hour without any wet operations.
- Safety Protection: It possesses multiple properties such as fire prevention, insulation, heat insulation, waterproof sealing, wind resistance, and earthquake resistance, making it suitable for complex environments.
- Flexible Combination: It supports horizontal splicing and multi-layer stacking, allowing for free combination into different functional spaces such as office areas, dormitory areas, and reception areas.
Application Scenarios
- Construction Camps: Serving as dormitories and temporary offices on construction sites, it meets the needs for rapid setup and dismantling during the project cycle.
- Emergency Response: With its small folded volume and low transportation costs, it is suitable for rapid resettlement after disasters such as earthquakes and typhoons.
- Cultural Tourism Homestays: Through personalized customization of the exterior facade and internal functional transformation, it is suitable for scenic area hotels, creative businesses, etc.
- Overseas Projects: The modular design facilitates cross-border transportation, and on-site assembly can be completed in places like Australia and New Zealand, shortening the construction period by more than 60%.
