Container Mobile Toilet Standards
The standards for container mobile toilets cover multiple aspects such as size specifications, material structure, internal configuration, environmental protection technology, fire prevention and electrical systems, industry certifications, and land planning. Details are as follows:

Size Specifications: Common types include 20-foot standard containers (6.06 meters long, 2.44 meters wide, 2.59 meters high, suitable for single/double occupancy), 40-foot high-cube containers (12.19 meters long, 2.44 meters wide, 2.89 meters high, expandable to 4-6 toilet compartments), mini single-toilet models (3000×2400×2800mm, including an independent toilet compartment and sink), 20-foot standard models (6058×2438×2896mm, including 2-4 toilet compartments), and 40-foot extended models (12192×2438×2896mm, including 6-8 toilet compartments). Different sizes should be selected based on usage scenarios (such as exhibitions, campsites, or temporary events), with large containers requiring barrier-free facilities and management rooms.
Material and Structure: The main materials must meet durability and safety requirements. Color-coated steel sheets are low-cost but have poor corrosion resistance, with a lifespan of about 3-5 years; stainless steel is impact-resistant and has a lifespan exceeding 10 years, suitable for cold or coastal regions; FRP (fiberglass-reinforced plastic) is lightweight and rust-resistant but requires UV protection. Enclosure materials must use Class A non-combustible rock wool sandwich panels, and the use of flammable foam sandwich panels is strictly prohibited to reduce fire risks.
Internal Configuration: Basic models are equipped with stainless steel toilets, sinks, mirrors, and ventilation fans (with an air volume of about 50m³/h); premium models add intelligent deodorization systems (activated carbon + UV photocatalysis), electric heaters (suitable for -30℃), and barrier-free facilities (compliant with GB50763-2012 standards) to enhance comfort and safety.
Environmental Protection Technology: Flush toilets require connection to municipal sewage networks or are equipped with 500L water tanks, consuming 1.5-3 tons of water daily; non-flush toilets use biodegradable bags (with a daily replacement cost of about 15 yuan) or foam sealing technology (saving 90% of water). Pollutant emissions must comply with standards such as GB 8978-1996 and GB 18918-2002, with odor emissions following the GB 14554-1993 Class II standard and indoor ammonia concentration ≤0.3mg/m³. Water-saving models have a single flush volume ≤4L, foam sealing models ≤0.1L, and microbial degradation models must achieve zero water flushing with a fecal degradation rate ≥90%.
Fire Prevention and Electrical Systems: Electrical wiring must be laid through metal conduits, and distribution boxes must be equipped with leakage protection devices with an operating current ≤30mA; each container must be equipped with no fewer than two 4kg ABC dry powder fire extinguishers and independent smoke detectors to ensure fire emergency capabilities.
Industry Certifications: Prefer products that have passed CE certification (EN16584 standard) or China Environmental Labeling Certification (CQC), with a fire rating of Class A (GB8624-2012) to ensure quality and safety.
Land and Planning Compliance: Construction is strictly prohibited in basic farmland, ecological protection red lines, and river management areas; temporary land use requires approval from natural resource departments, with a general usage period not exceeding 2 years; placement within urban areas must comply with urban management regulations, and public spaces cannot be occupied without authorization. They are only used as temporary structures and cannot obtain property rights.
