Container Mobile Toilet Materials
The main materials for container mobile toilets include five categories: structural framework, wall and partition materials, flooring materials, sanitary ware and hardware, and piping systems. Details are as follows:

1. Structural Framework
The main frame adopts the steel structure of a standard container, made of weather-resistant steel (such as Q235B or Q345B), which has high strength and resistance to deformation. The steel frame needs to undergo shot blasting and rust removal treatment and be coated with anti-rust paint to adapt to long-term outdoor use and prevent structural damage caused by rust.
2. Wall and Partition Materials
- Interior Wall Panels: Primarily waterproof and moisture-resistant fiber cement boards (such as calcium silicate boards), with a thickness of 6-12mm, featuring Class A fire resistance, moisture and corrosion resistance. The surface can be tiled or painted for easy cleaning and maintenance.
- Exterior Wall Panels: Commonly metal carved panels or color-coated steel sheets, filled with rock wool or polyurethane insulation layers for insulation, sound insulation, and aesthetics. High-end products may use aluminum-plastic panels or galvanized steel sheets to further enhance weather resistance and corrosion resistance.
3. Flooring Materials
- Surface Layer: Non-slip tiles (such as glazed tiles or full-body tiles) are preferred, with a water absorption rate of less than 0.5% and a non-slip coefficient of R9 or above to ensure safety in wet areas.
- Base Layer: SBS modified bitumen waterproof membranes are laid, combined with a cement mortar leveling layer to form a double waterproof barrier and prevent leakage issues.
4. Sanitary Ware and Hardware
- Sanitary Fixtures: Toilets, sinks, etc., must comply with GB/T 6952-2015 (Sanitary Ceramics) and GB 18145-2014 (Faucets) standards, with priority given to water-saving products. For example, water-saving toilets should have a flush volume of no more than 6.4L per flush.
- Special Design: Some products use stainless steel squat toilets instead of traditional ceramic squat toilets to avoid breakage and leakage caused by collisions during transportation.
5. Piping Systems
- Water Supply Pipes: PPR pipes are used, which are heat-resistant and non-toxic, ensuring the safety of drinking water.
- Drainage Pipes: UPVC pipes are adopted, which are corrosion-resistant and impact-resistant, suitable for complex drainage environments.
- Electrical System: Switches and sockets must meet the IP66 protection rating, and cables should use flame-retardant ZR-BV to prevent safety hazards caused by moisture or short circuits.
The selection of these materials focuses on functionality, durability, and safety to ensure the stable operation of container mobile toilets in various scenarios.
