Container Mobile Toilet Assembly

Admin October 12, 2026

The assembly of container mobile toilets primarily involves 'modular assembly' and does not require complex foundation treatment. Typically, deployment and commissioning can be completed within a few hours.

  1. Level the Site
Before assembly, ensure the installation site is level to provide a stable foundation for securing the container body. Site flatness directly affects the toilet's stability and service life, preventing structural deformation or loose connections due to uneven ground.

  2. Secure the Container Body
The main structure uses a high-strength steel frame with metal cladding (e.g., stainless steel or galvanized sheet). Some designs employ high-strength bolts for connections, eliminating the need for welding. This structure meets eco-friendly and low-carbon requirements while supporting multiple disassemblies and reuses. Ensure tight contact between the container and ground during securing to prevent shaking.

  3. Connect Water and Electricity Lines
Depending on the model, some container toilets come with independent water tanks and sewage treatment systems. Connect the inlet pipes, outlet pipes, and electrical circuits to external supply systems to ensure normal water supply, drainage, and power. Water and electricity connections must comply with safety standards to avoid leakage or electric shock risks.

  4. Install Internal Facilities
The interior is typically divided into a toilet compartment and an equipment room:

  • Toilet Compartment: Equipped with toilets (e.g., sit-down or squat toilets), washing fixtures, sinks, lighting, exhaust fans, air conditioners, trash bins, makeup mirrors, coat hooks, and emergency call buttons to meet basic usage needs.
  • Equipment Room: Contains sewage treatment units, lighting fixtures, distribution boxes, air conditioners, and exhaust systems to ensure proper toilet functionality.
Facility installation must strictly follow the instructions to ensure secure connections and normal operation of all components.

Deployment Efficiency: From transportation to commissioning, a single container toilet typically requires only two people and 4-6 hours for complete assembly and operation. Its modular design significantly shortens construction cycles, making it suitable for temporary events, post-disaster reconstruction, or remote areas.
