Container Mobile Module House
The container mobile module house is a new type of building model that disassembles a complete house into standardized modules, completes the construction process in a factory, and then transports it to the destination for rapid assembly.

Construction Model
The container mobile module house divides the entire building into individual house modules, completing all processes such as the main structure, water and electricity pipelines, bathroom waterproofing, bathroom fixtures, cabinets, and wardrobes inside the factory, just like manufacturing household appliances on an assembly line. Afterward, it is transported to the project site and assembled like building blocks to form a complete building. For example, a structural modular intelligent factory in Guangdong operates a fully automated production line over 400 meters long. A house is disassembled into six components: the bottom, top, and four sides, which are produced simultaneously on multiple sub-production lines and finally assembled into a complete container at the end of the line, with a daily output of up to 50 modules.
Advantages and Characteristics
- High Construction Efficiency: Traditional construction proceeds in a series, while modular construction adopts a parallel operation model, allowing multiple processes to proceed simultaneously. The construction period is more than halved compared to traditional methods. For instance, a modular elderly care apartment manufactured in China and purchased by a British merchant was shipped from the Chinese factory, arrived at a British port, and completed on-site hoisting and construction in just two weeks.
- Convenient Transportation: After folding, the modules are the size of standard containers and can be easily transported worldwide by land or sea.
- Reliable Quality: Standardized production in the factory ensures stable manufacturing precision within a certain range and provides multiple protective properties such as fire resistance, thermal insulation, heat insulation, waterproof sealing, wind resistance, earthquake resistance, and corrosion and rust prevention.
- Flexible Combination: Different containers can be horizontally spliced or stacked in multiple layers, allowing them to be freely combined into different functional spaces such as office areas, dormitory areas, reception areas, and comprehensive camps according to usage needs.
- Green and Environmentally Friendly: The factory prefabrication and dry construction method ensure that all materials are recyclable, reducing construction waste emissions by approximately 90%.
