Special Vehicles for Container Mobile Houses

Admin September 17, 2026

Special vehicles for container mobile houses mainly include two types: container house trailers and large electric flatbed trucks for containers, with the following characteristics:

Container House Trailers: These are a combination of traditional containers and trailers, integrating mobility and living functions. The core lies in the integrated structural reconstruction, where the corner fittings of the container must be connected to the trailer frame with a specific strength. This design ensures the stability of the container body and chassis during driving while strictly adhering to road transport regulations regarding size and weight limits. After integration, the interior space of the container can be adapted according to needs, such as adding insulation layers and interior panels to enhance living comfort, reasonably opening windows and doors to meet ventilation and lighting requirements, and embedding electrical wiring and water supply and drainage pipes to achieve basic living functions. Such equipment is particularly suitable for scenarios requiring rapid deployment of accommodation or work units, such as construction camps in remote areas, temporary exhibition venues, or emergency response bases. Its significant advantages include fast deployment speed, enabling completion of setup and commissioning in a short time, along with reusability, reducing long-term usage costs.

Large Electric Flatbed Trucks for Containers: Represented by Mainz equipment, these vehicles have a strong load-bearing capacity, with a maximum load of 20 tons, meeting the transportation needs of heavy equipment. The operation is simple, using wireless remote control to enable flexible movement of the flatbed truck. Equipped with a 400Ah lithium iron phosphate battery, it provides long-lasting endurance to meet the needs of long-distance transportation of heavy equipment. Multiple emergency stop buttons are installed around the vehicle body, allowing immediate stopping when pressed, ensuring operational safety. The electrical system has protection functions against overcurrent, undervoltage, and short circuits, and can automatically brake in case of power failure, further enhancing usage safety. Such vehicles can transport various large container freight units, energy storage boxes, mobile container houses, etc., and can move in multiple directions, including forward and backward, sideways, diagonal turning, and in-place rotation, greatly improving transportation flexibility and efficiency.
