Container mobile houses come in a variety of sizes, with common standard sizes including 20-foot, 40-foot standard containers, and 40-foot high cube containers, along with various non-standard custom sizes.

I. Standard Container Sizes

  1. 20-foot Standard Container (20GP): The external dimensions are 6058mm (length) × 2438mm (width) × 2591mm (height), and the internal dimensions are 5867mm (length) × 2330mm (width) × 2350mm (height). This size of container is commonly used for single-person offices, dormitories, shops, and other scenarios, with a moderately sized interior space that meets basic living or office needs.

  2. 40-foot Standard Container (40GP): The external dimensions are 12192mm (length) × 2438mm (width) × 2591mm (height), and the internal dimensions are 11998mm (length) × 2330mm (width) × 2350mm (height). Its larger interior space can be divided into multifunctional areas or used as multi-person dormitories, suitable for scenarios with higher space requirements.

  3. 40-foot High Cube Container (40HQ): The external dimensions are 12192mm (length) × 2438mm (width) × 2896mm (height), and the internal dimensions are 11998mm (length) × 2330mm (width) × 2655mm (height). This type of container has a higher height, making it suitable for exhibition halls, housing, and other scenarios that require greater ceiling height, providing more spacious vertical space.

II. Non-Standard Custom Sizes

In addition to standard sizes, container mobile houses can also be customized according to customer needs. Common non-standard custom widths include 2.5m, 2.55m, 3m, 4m, etc., with heights of 2.6m, 2.7m, 2.8m, 2.9m, etc. In terms of length, in addition to standard sizes, custom specifications such as 3m×6m, 3m×8m, and 3m×12m are also available. Furthermore, special door and window positions, partitions, exterior and interior decorations can all be customized as needed to meet personalized requirements in different scenarios.
