Container Mobile House - Simple
Container mobile houses are independent office or living units transformed from standard containers, featuring a sturdy structure, convenient transportation, and rapid deployment. They can be classified into four types based on structure and use: container-style, foldable, modular, and expandable.

Container-style office houses: These are independent office units transformed from standard containers. Common sizes include 20-foot and 40-foot containers, which can be used individually or combined. Their advantages lie in their sturdy structure and convenient transportation, making them suitable for project departments and construction site command centers. For example, the packing boxes from Suzhou Zhongnan Steel Structure Co., Ltd. feature a fully steel structural frame, with a measured wind resistance rating of Level 12, earthquake resistance rating of Level 8, and a frame deformation rate of only 0.18%, well below the industry's acceptable threshold of 0.3%.
Foldable office houses: These are designed with a folding structure, allowing for volume compression during transportation and rapid expansion upon arrival. A single unit can be expanded within 30 minutes, making them ideal for office needs that require frequent relocation, such as exploration teams and temporary command centers. Taking the foldable boxes from Suzhou Zhongnan Steel Structure Co., Ltd. as an example, their folded volume is only 1/5 of their expanded state, and a single truck can carry 20 units at once, offering significant transportation cost advantages.
Modular office houses: These are assembled on-site using a combination of light steel frames and color-coated steel plates, allowing for flexible expansion based on the number of occupants and functional zoning. They are commonly found in temporary offices in industrial parks and event planning sites.
Expandable office houses: These feature additional side or end expansion compartments on the container base, increasing the usable area by 30%-50% upon expansion. They are suitable for long-term on-site offices with higher space comfort requirements.
In addition, container mobile houses must withstand rigorous testing in terms of material selection, welding processes, and overall design, possessing windproof, rainproof, soundproof, heat-insulating, and thermal-insulating properties, with a service life of up to 50 years.
