Container Mobile House Shutter Door
Admin September 17, 2026
The installation of shutter doors for container mobile houses must be carried out strictly in accordance with standardized procedures, and appropriate solutions must be selected based on the material and type. Here are the specific installation procedures and precautions:

I. Installation Steps
Track Preprocessing
- Slotting and Drilling: Cut a 5cm-long slot on the track for subsequent fixation. Drill the first hole 20cm away from the slot, and then drill the second hole 50cm away from the first hole to ensure precise hole spacing.
- Inserting the Brush Strip: Insert the brush strip into the track, leaving a 2cm length for sealing and dust prevention.
Motor Side Plate Fixation
- Align the center of the folded piece with the 12cm mark on the side plate, and fix the motor side plate with screws to ensure it is perpendicular and stable relative to the track.
Track Bending and Installation
- Bend the track according to the door size to ensure a smooth arc.
- When installing the track, align it with the frame, press the bottom onto the brush strip, and fix it with screws according to the pre-drilled holes. Repeat the operation on the other side of the track to ensure symmetry.
Side Plate and Motor Beam Installation
- Install the side plate 5cm away from the top crossbeam to ensure it is level.
- When installing the motor beam, insert the holes horizontally into the side plate, and insert the wires downward to avoid wire entanglement.
Motor Fixation and Debugging
- Insert the positioning pin to fix the motor, connect the remote control, and test the signal.
- Install the socket and transformer, plug the shutter door into the transformer, and test the smooth operation of the door by raising it after power-on.
- Adjust the limit using a limit rod to ensure precise stopping of the door when opening and closing.
II. Material and Type Selection
- Materials:
- Steel Containers: High strength, suitable for frequent use scenarios, but require rust prevention treatment.
- Galvanized Sheet/Stainless Steel: Strong corrosion resistance, suitable for humid or coastal environments.
- Steel Plate: Lower cost, but requires regular maintenance to prevent rust.
- Types:
- Fixed Type: Stable structure, suitable for long-term fixed locations.
- Special Containers: Customizable in size and function to meet special needs.
III. Precautions
- Measure the door opening size before installation to ensure the track and door fit properly.
- The motor power must match the door weight to avoid overload operation.
- Regularly check the tightness of screws and the sealing of the brush strip to extend the service life.
- Prices vary greatly depending on specifications and customization needs, so it is recommended to choose based on budget and functional requirements.
