Container Mobile House Foundation
The foundation requirements for container mobile houses vary depending on the type. Some types have relatively low foundation requirements, while others have certain requirements. Details are as follows:

Foldable container houses and fixed residential container houses: They have low foundation requirements. Simply level the ground, and they can be placed directly for use. If conditions permit, pouring a cement floor and creating drainage ditches can make the living experience more comfortable. These low foundation requirements make them more convenient to set up and enable quick commissioning, suitable for scenarios that do not have high site requirements and require rapid construction, such as temporary accommodation on construction sites and temporary offices for field operations.
Packing container houses: They have relatively simple foundation requirements. Strip foundations or蹲型 foundations (assuming it's a specific type, if not, adjust accordingly) can be used. In some cases, they can even be placed directly on the ground without a foundation. This flexible foundation treatment further enhances the adaptability and convenience of packing container houses, meeting usage requirements under different site conditions.
Residential prefabricated panel houses: They have high foundation requirements. The foundation needs to be poured into a certain area of concrete, and expansion screws are required to bind the house to the foundation. These high foundation requirements are, on the one hand, to ensure the stability of the prefabricated panel houses, and on the other hand, determined by the structural characteristics of the prefabricated panel houses. However, when the prefabricated panel houses are demolished, their first-floor concrete foundations usually cannot be reused, which to some extent increases usage costs and resource waste.
