After chemical degreasing, rust removal, and phosphating treatment, the surface is electrostatically sprayed, providing corrosion resistance and wear resistance. The lock core is forged, and the lock shell is cast to ensure that it does not deform easily during long-term use. The combined design of the bracket and the bushing can buffer the impact when opening and closing the door and extend the service life of the door lock.

Door lock fittings support processing and customization, but the dimensions and specifications need to be confirmed with the supplier in advance. Once an order is placed, it cannot be returned arbitrarily. Prices fluctuate according to the order quantity. For example, the unit price for 5-49 sets is approximately 55 yuan, and for ≥50 sets, it is approximately 50 yuan.
