Carved Panels for Container Mobile Houses

Admin September 16, 2026

The carved panels used in container mobile houses are primarily made of metal and possess core characteristics such as thermal insulation, fire resistance, waterproofing and moisture resistance, lightweight and earthquake resistance, weather and corrosion resistance, and strong decorative properties. Details are as follows:

Thermal Insulation: Metal carved panels adopt a three-layer composite structure, with the core material being the key factor affecting thermal insulation performance. If thermal insulation is a priority, B1-grade flame-retardant polyurethane (PU) core material can be selected. Its thermal conductivity coefficient is ≤0.024W/(m·K), demonstrating outstanding thermal insulation performance. Moreover, the overall weight is relatively light, with each square meter weighing only 10 - 15kg, which does not impose additional burdens on the building's load-bearing capacity and effectively reduces heating energy consumption for container mobile houses in winter.

Fire Resistance: Depending on different fire resistance rating requirements, two types of core materials are available. Polyurethane (PU) core material is a B1-grade flame-retardant material; rock wool core material belongs to an A-grade non-combustible material, with outstanding fire resistance performance. It is more suitable for scenarios with high fire resistance rating requirements, such as public buildings and high-rise projects, and can meet the fire safety needs of container mobile houses in different usage environments.

Waterproofing and Moisture Resistance: An aluminum foil moisture-proof vapor barrier layer is set at the bottom layer, which can effectively block water vapor penetration, avoid problems such as mildew and condensation on the walls, protect the structural safety of container mobile houses, and extend their service life.

Lightweight and Earthquake Resistance: Metal carved panels are relatively light in weight and do not impose excessive burdens on the load-bearing structure of container mobile houses. At the same time, they have certain flexibility and earthquake resistance performance, can adapt to certain vibrations and deformations, and improve the safety of the houses.

Weather and Corrosion Resistance: The surface layer is made of 0.25 - 0.6mm galvanized aluminum-zinc color-coated steel sheets. After embossed pattern processing, they are coated with fluorocarbon or polyester coatings, possessing excellent weather resistance and corrosion resistance. Under normal usage conditions, they can remain fade-resistant for 20 - 30 years, withstand the tests of different climatic conditions, and reduce later maintenance costs.

Strong Decorative Properties: In terms of patterns, hundreds of textures are available, including imitation brick, imitation stone, imitation wood grain, marble, elastic coating, water ripple, etc. At the same time, personalized color customization is supported. Whether pursuing a distinctive style or a unified appearance requirement, suitable styles can be found to meet the diverse decorative needs of container mobile houses.
