Antifreeze Measures for Container Mobile Houses

Admin September 14, 2026

Antifreeze measures for container mobile houses can be achieved by selecting appropriate materials, adding insulation layers, optimizing window and door designs, paying attention to detail handling, and adding temperature control equipment. Details are as follows:

Selecting appropriate thermal insulation materials: Common thermal insulation materials include polystyrene boards, polyurethane foam boards, and rock wool boards. These materials have low thermal conductivity and good thermal insulation properties, effectively blocking heat transfer and improving the thermal insulation performance of the house. For example, in extremely cold conditions in Northeast China, relevant manufacturing enterprises have adopted multi-layer anti-corrosion and anti-rust processes, as well as upgraded northern-specific antifreeze pipelines and sealed thermal insulation structures, for customized cold-resistant enclosed mobile garbage rooms and antifreeze mobile environmental protection toilets, ensuring stable operation of the equipment in winter.

Adding thermal insulation layers: In the design of container houses, consider adding thermal insulation layers on the exterior wall surfaces or interior walls, such as externally hung insulation layers or interior thermal insulation boards. These thermal insulation layers form an effective thermal insulation barrier, reducing heat transfer and maintaining stable indoor temperatures.

Optimizing window and door designs: Unreasonable window and door designs can lead to heat leakage, reducing the thermal insulation performance of the house. Therefore, when selecting windows and doors, consider using double- or triple-glazed windows, which have low thermal conductivity and good thermal insulation properties. Additionally, sealing strips can be installed around the edges of windows and doors to effectively reduce heat leakage and improve thermal insulation effects.

Paying attention to detail handling in the thermal insulation system: Issues such as the splicing of thermal insulation materials, the treatment of connection points, and the integration of the insulation layer with the container structure should be considered. At the splicing and connection points of thermal insulation materials, appropriate sealing materials should be used for sealing to prevent heat leakage. At the integration points of the insulation layer with the container structure, professional construction methods and materials should be used to ensure sealing and structural stability.

Adding temperature control equipment: In addition to the above measures, facilities such as air conditioners, entrance air curtains, and graphene floor heating can be added to regulate indoor temperatures and ensure warmth and comfort in container mobile houses during winter.
