Welding Method for Container Houses
Admin September 15, 2026
The welding method for container houses primarily employs direct-current short-circuit welding technology combined with specialized welding machines. The types of welding machines used include Megmeet's fully digital industrial heavy-duty MIG/MAG/CO2 direct-current/pulse intelligent welding machine (Artsen II PM500F) and Megmeet's intelligent gas-shielded welding process platform welding machine (Artsen Plus).

Welding Methods for Different Parts of Container Houses
- Front Wall Panel Welding: The Artsen II PM500F welding machine is used, employing direct-current short-circuit welding technology combined with specialized welding. This process resolves issues such as slow welding speed, unstable arcs, excessive spatter, and poor weld formation, ensuring stable welding quality for the front wall panels and meeting the strength and sealing requirements of container houses for these panels.
- Base and Side Panel Welding: The Artsen Plus welding machine is used in conjunction with specialized welding, also utilizing direct-current short-circuit welding technology. This process effectively addresses the impact of anti-rust paint coatings on welding, avoiding problems such as unstable arcs, poor weld formation, and excessive spatter, ensuring the firmness and sealing of the connections between the base and side panels.
- Side Panel Welding: The Artsen II PM500F welding machine is used in conjunction with specialized welding, resolving previous welding issues such as unstable arcs, excessive spatter, and poor arc initiation and termination fusion, improving the quality and efficiency of side panel welding.
Advantages of Welding Process
- Improved Welding Quality: Direct-current short-circuit welding technology combined with specialized welding allows for precise control of welding parameters, achieving high levels of key indicators such as weld penetration and leg height, ensuring the strength and stability of the welded structure.
- Reduced Welding Defects: Effectively resolves issues such as unstable arcs and excessive spatter, reducing the risk of weld corrosion and structural cracking, and increasing the service life of container houses.
- Increased Production Efficiency: Specialized welding enables automated and standardized production, improving welding speed and production efficiency, and meeting the demands of large-scale production.
