Container House Structural Model
Container house structural models mainly include steel-frame structures, 3D-printed structures, modified structures, and foldable structures.

Steel-frame structure: This is a fundamental and common structural form for container modular houses. It uses containers as basic units, which are combined and spliced to form a modular architectural form. The containers themselves adopt a steel-frame structure, which has high strength and stability, enabling them to withstand significant loads and providing a reliable supporting framework for the house. When constructing container modular houses, multiple container units can be flexibly combined according to design requirements to form architectural spaces of different scales and layouts, suitable for various temporary or permanent construction projects, such as construction site dormitories and commercial shops.
3D-printed structure: There is a uniquely designed 3D-printed container model that adopts a flip-top form. Due to the complex structures such as hollows and protrusions on the cover plate, during the printing process, to ensure printing quality and precision, the cover plate is divided into two parts and printed separately, and then combined by pasting. Only one screw is needed to fix the connection between the cover plate and the container body. This design not only simplifies the printing process but also facilitates the assembly and disassembly of the model. 3D printing technology enables more freedom and diversity in the design of container house structural models, allowing for the rapid manufacture of models with unique appearances and functions.
Modified structure: Container architectural forms usually use ISO standard containers, and houses are constructed by carrying out a series of modifications to the container bodies. The modifications include opening doors and windows on the container bodies to meet ventilation, lighting, and personnel access requirements; conducting interior decoration, such as laying floors, installing ceilings, and painting walls, to enhance living comfort; and equipping them with furniture and electrical appliances to provide complete living functions. In addition, various accessories for containers can be customized in a modular manner, allowing for flexible selection and combination of different accessories according to different usage scenarios and requirements, further enriching the functions and forms of container houses.
Foldable structure: The foldable container house model is a relatively novel structural form. This model has the characteristic of being foldable. During transportation and storage, the house can be folded up, significantly reducing the occupied space and lowering transportation costs. When needed, it can be unfolded and fixed to quickly set up a complete house space, suitable for scenarios that require frequent movement or temporary use, such as field investigations and emergency rescues.
