Container houses come in a variety of specifications and sizes, including standard sizes, foreign trade sizes, customized sizes, and special types of sizes, as detailed below:

Standard Sizes

• 20-foot Standard Container (20GP): The external dimensions are 6058mm in length, 2438mm in width, and 2591mm in height, with internal dimensions of 5867mm in length, 2330mm in width, and 2350mm in height. Common uses include single-person offices, dormitories, and shops.
• 40-foot Standard Container (40GP): The external dimensions are 12192mm in length, 2438mm in width, and 2591mm in height, with internal dimensions of 11998mm in length, 2330mm in width, and 2350mm in height. It can be used to partition multi-functional spaces and multi-person dormitories.
• 40-foot High Cube Container (40HQ): The external dimensions are 12192mm in length, 2438mm in width, and 2896mm in height, with internal dimensions of 11998mm in length, 2330mm in width, and 2655mm in height. It is suitable for exhibition halls and housing that require higher ceilings.

Foreign Trade Sizes

Foreign trade sizes range from 5.8 meters × 2.2 meters to 11.5 meters × 2.2 meters, corresponding to two main models: 20-foot and 40-foot, with areas of approximately 12.98 square meters and 25.96 square meters, respectively.

Customized Sizes

• Common Customized Sizes: Length options include 3 meters, 6 meters, 9 meters, or 12 meters, etc.; width options include 2.5 meters, 2.55 meters, 3 meters, 4 meters, etc.; height options include 2.6 meters, 2.7 meters, 2.8 meters, 2.9 meters, etc. For example, sizes like 3 meters × 6 meters, 3 meters × 8 meters, and 3 meters × 12 meters can be customized according to customer needs, including special door and window positions, partitions, and exterior and interior decorations.
• Special Type Customized Sizes: Such as the 20-foot double-wing expandable container, which has its side spaces folded during transportation. Upon arrival at the project site, the side wings can be expanded to create an indoor usable space of approximately 36 square meters.

Other Common Sizes

• 3 meters in length, 3 meters in width, and 2.8 meters in height: With an area of 9 square meters, it is relatively small and is generally made for customers with special needs, suitable for construction site guard rooms and small warehouses.
• 6 meters in length, 3 meters in width, and 2.8 meters in height: With an area of 18 square meters, it is a commonly found standard-sized container on the market, often used in construction sites and road construction scenarios, serving as worker dormitories, toilets, and kitchens.
• 7 meters in length, 3 meters in width, and 2.8 meters in height: With an area of 21 square meters, it is mostly used as a two-story container mobile home, featuring corridors and balconies.
