Container House Shell Installation
The installation of a container house shell mainly includes steps such as base frame installation, wall and roof panel installation, floor laying, and overall fixation.
Base Frame Installation: It should be carried out on a flat ground or a workbench. Connect the bottom corners of the container to the base beams using hexagon socket bolts, but do not tighten them temporarily. After adjusting the diagonal difference of the base frame to be ≤ 3mm, tighten the bolts. Then, install the π-shaped secondary beams according to the positions of the positioning holes on the long beams and fix them with m5.519 self-tapping screws. The tops of the π-shaped secondary beams and the base beams also need to be fixed with st4.816 round-head self-drilling screws to ensure structural stability.
Wall and Roof Panel Installation: After the base frame installation is completed, proceed with the wall installation. Install the wall panels according to the reserved positions of doors and windows, ensuring a tight connection between the wall panels and the base frame and steel beams. Then install the roof panels. After the roof panel installation is completed, waterproofing treatment is required, especially at the joints between the wall panels and the roof panels, to prevent rainwater leakage.
Floor Laying: The floor base plates (such as magnesium oxide boards) should be laid in a specific direction. The base plates at both ends are pre-drilled, but they need to be cut at an angle according to the chalk line. Mark the midline of the π-shaped beams to prepare for floor laying and nailing. The joints of the floor panels should coincide with the midline of the π-shaped beams and be fixed with st4.2*38 cross-recessed flat-head燕尾丝 (Note: '燕尾丝' may not have a direct and commonly used English equivalent; here it is translated as per its shape description, and a more accurate term might be needed based on the actual product; if it's a specific type of screw, the manufacturer's term should be used). The nail spacing should be controlled between 300-350mm. After the floor laying is completed, overall grinding is required, especially at the panel joints. Then, apply PVC special floor adhesive, wait for a certain period of time, lay the floor covering, and expel the air between the floor covering and the base plate.
Overall Fixation and Inspection: After all components are installed, overall fixation and inspection are required. Ensure that all bolts, screws, and other fasteners are tightened in place without looseness. At the same time, check whether the overall structure of the house is stable and free from deformation or damage.
