The Roof of the Container House is Rotten
Leakage and other issues may occur on the rotten roof of a container house due to the following reasons, and targeted maintenance can be carried out:

1. Fastener-related issues During the installation and use of a container house, if the roof is stepped on, it can cause the fasteners to loosen. At the same time, the aging of the fastener waterproof gaskets is also a common cause. When the gaskets age, their sealing performance decreases, and they can no longer effectively prevent rainwater from penetrating, resulting in leakage at the fasteners. In such cases, it is necessary to re-tighten the loose fasteners and replace the aged waterproof gaskets to ensure a good seal.
2. Waterproof material and treatment issues During the construction of a mobile house, if the selected waterproof materials are unqualified or the waterproof treatment is unreasonable, leakage is likely to occur as the container mobile house is used and ages. For example, if the quality of the waterproof coating is poor, it cannot form an effective waterproof layer; if the waterproof membrane is not laid properly, there are gaps, etc. In this situation, it is necessary to remove the original unqualified waterproof materials, re-select qualified waterproof materials, and carry out waterproof treatment in accordance with the specifications.
3. Panel perforation and deformation issues When perforating the panels of a mobile house to install various fans, exhaust pipes, and other equipment, if the waterproof treatment of the surrounding cracks is not good, rainwater will seep in through these gaps. In addition, during use, due to external conditions, wind loads, snow loads, thermal expansion and contraction, etc., the panels of the mobile house will deform, the cracks at the joints will expand, and the original waterproof treatment will be damaged, leading to leakage. For the perforated areas, it is necessary to re-perform waterproof sealing treatment; for the deformed panels, if the deformation is not severe, they can be straightened and repaired; if the deformation is severe, the panels need to be replaced, and waterproofing should be done again.
4. Gutter issues If the gutter of a mobile house has no horizontal slope or the design of the gutter outlet is unreasonable, when it rains heavily, the accumulated water in the gutter cannot be discharged and will flow back into the inner eaves of the gutter, causing leakage or backflow. In addition, during the construction of the mobile house, if the gutter anti-corrosion is not in place, resulting in gutter rust and erosion, or if debris blocks the outlet, leakage or backflow will also occur. It is necessary to adjust the slope of the gutter to meet the drainage requirements and redesign a reasonable outlet; carry out rust removal and anti-corrosion treatment on the rusty gutter and clean the debris at the outlet to ensure smooth drainage.
