Container House Rental Models

Admin September 17, 2026

Container house rental models mainly include whole-unit rental, partitioned rental, managed rental, cooperative rental, short-term rental, and direct-manufacturer rental.

Whole-unit rental: This involves renting out a temporary container house as a complete unit to individuals or businesses. After obtaining the house, tenants can personalize the decoration and layout according to their actual needs, whether for living or office purposes. They can enjoy an independent space without interference from other tenants, fully meeting their requirements for spatial independence and autonomy.

Partitioned rental: The temporary container house is divided into multiple independent small units, each with its own functional use, and can be rented out separately to different tenants. This model provides tenants with more choices, allowing them to select units of appropriate size based on their needs and budget, thereby improving the utilization rate of the house and the flexibility of rentals.

Managed rental: The owner of the house entrusts the temporary container house to a professional property rental company for management. The rental company, leveraging its professional operational capabilities and extensive customer resources, is responsible for the rental matters of the house, including finding tenants, signing rental contracts, and collecting rent. The rental income is collected by the company, while the rental period and rental income are determined through negotiation between the owner and the rental company. This approach saves time and effort for the owner.

Cooperative rental: The owner of the house establishes a cooperative relationship with a rental company or enterprise and rents out the temporary container house to the partner. The partner can decorate and use the house according to their own business needs, and both parties share the rental income as agreed in the contract. This model achieves resource sharing and complementary advantages, bringing certain economic benefits to both parties.

Short-term rental: This is mainly aimed at clients with temporary usage needs, such as hosting exhibitions or events. The rental period is relatively short, quickly meeting the client's spatial needs during a specific time frame. It also provides more rental opportunities for the owner and improves the utilization efficiency of the house.

Direct-manufacturer rental: Tenants can directly contact the manufacturer of container houses, communicate their specific needs with the manufacturer, including the type and configuration of the house. At the same time, they can directly learn about the details of the rental contract, such as price and rental period, reducing intermediary links and making the rental process more transparent and direct.
