Container House Renovation Paint

Admin September 15, 2026

For the renovation of container houses, options such as single-component acrylic paint, water-based metallic paint, and metallic mural paint can be selected.

Single-Component Acrylic Paint: Custom-developed specifically for container renovation scenarios, it uses high weather-resistant, high-adhesion single-component acrylic resin as its core base material. Its single-component design makes construction extremely convenient, requiring no curing agent addition or precise measurement. Simply open the lid, stir evenly, and it is ready for application, allowing ordinary construction workers to start without professional training. It supports three mainstream construction methods: airless spraying, rolling, and brushing, making it suitable for various scenarios such as bulk renovation in container yards, outdoor scattered renovation, and local touch-ups. Under normal temperature (23°C) conditions, the surface dries within ≤30 minutes and fully cures within ≤6 hours, with short construction intervals, significantly shortening the renovation period. It exhibits excellent compatibility with old container coatings, carbon steel substrates, and galvanized substrates, with an adhesion rating of 0 (grid test), eliminating the need for complete removal of old coatings and allowing direct application after simple sanding. It combines superior weather resistance and corrosion protection, capable of withstanding marine salt spray, long-term outdoor UV exposure, rain erosion, and alternating high and low temperatures (-30°C to 70°C). After renovation, it effectively prevents further rusting of the container body, extending the container's turnover service life to 8-10 years. The paint film hardness reaches 4H+, with added special wear-resistant reinforcing fillers, easily resisting cargo loading and unloading collisions, forklift scratches, and sand and gravel abrasion. It adopts a low-VOC, heavy-metal-free environmentally friendly formula, with no irritating odors, complying with national environmental standards and container outdoor coating environmental requirements.

Water-Based Metallic Paint: Using water as a diluent, it requires no curing agents, thinners, or other solvents, making it a new type of environmentally friendly rust-preventive and corrosion-resistant coating. It is odorless, pollution-free, harmless to human health, non-flammable, and non-explosive, facilitating easy transportation. Diluted with tap water, construction tools, equipment, and containers can also be cleaned with tap water, reducing coating costs. Its fast drying time improves work efficiency and reduces labor costs. Using high-quality water-based metallic paint during the renovation of color steel tiles and containers can achieve long-term rust prevention with a single application.

Metallic Mural Paint: Specifically designed for metals, it forms a dense protective layer, isolating moisture and air, and extending service life. It has strong coverage, free color adjustment, and an environmentally friendly formula with no pungent odors. Construction tools can be cleaned with water after use, making it suitable for container color changes, graffiti painting, and creating art walls.
