Quota Basis: Primarily based on the "Guangdong Provincial Comprehensive Quota for Housing Construction and Decoration Projects (2018)" and the "Guangdong Provincial Comprehensive Quota for General Installation Projects (2018)", covering labor, material, and machinery consumption for sub-items such as steel structures, enclosure systems, and decoration of container houses.

II. Material Price References The prices of main materials should follow the "Zhuhai Construction Cost Information" for the third issue of 2026. For example, the prices of steel for the main body of the container, color steel rock wool panels, doors, and windows should be queried from the current information prices. For materials without information prices (such as customized accessories), reference should be made to surrounding market prices, and procurement vouchers should be kept for future reference.

III. Application of Sub-item Quotas

1. Steel Structure Engineering: The container frame should be adjusted according to the quota sub-items for "fabrication of metal pressure vessels" or "fabrication of other metal structures", considering corrosion protection treatment, transportation, and installation costs.
2. Enclosure System: The walls made of color steel rock wool panels should be calculated according to the quota for "metal profiled sheet roof (wall) surfaces", distinguishing between single-layer and composite panels, and supplementing the quota for insulation layer materials.
3. Decoration: Internal decoration should be applied according to the chapters on "partition engineering", "wall decoration", and "floor engineering" in the "Guangdong Provincial Comprehensive Quota for Housing Construction and Decoration Projects", adjusting material grades according to design requirements.
4. Installation Engineering: Electrical and water supply and drainage systems should be calculated according to the corresponding chapters in the "Guangdong Provincial Comprehensive Quota for General Installation Projects", such as the installation of distribution boxes, cable laying, and the installation of sanitary ware.
