Admin September 16, 2026
The main responsibilities of container house production workers are to participate in the production, assembly, maintenance, and related process operations of container houses, as follows:

Production and Assembly
- Component Assembly: Assemble various components of the container according to process requirements, including the floor, side panels, roof, doors, etc. Use tools and equipment such as screwdrivers, pliers, welding equipment, electric drills, and angle grinders for operations. For example, in the container house production workshop of Farile Company, welders, electricians, assemblers, and grinders are recruited to jointly complete the assembly of container houses.
- Full Process Participation: From the initial setup to the final shaping of the container house, production workers need to participate in every step. In some large-scale projects, production workers may need to precisely assemble prefabricated modular components according to design drawings to ensure the structural stability and functional integrity of the house.
Maintenance and Inspection
- Fault Diagnosis: Responsible for the maintenance of container houses, inspect the structure and functionality of the house, and identify and repair any issues, such as damaged components, leaks, and rust. For example, container maintenance workers need to inspect and repair containers entering the site (outdoor work), with main tasks including gas cutting, patch welding, plate repair, sheet metal work, painting, and floor replacement.
- Regular Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of container houses to ensure their long-term stable use. This includes inspecting and adjusting the electrical and plumbing systems of the house to promptly identify and resolve potential safety hazards.
Skill Requirements
- Professional Skills: Some positions require specific professional skills, such as welders needing to hold a welding operator certificate and be familiar with welding techniques like MIG welding; electricians needing to have knowledge and skills in electrical installation and maintenance.
- Operational Ability: Be able to proficiently use various tools and equipment, such as welding machines, electric drills, and angle grinders, for the production and maintenance of container houses.
