Production Process of Container Houses
The production process of container houses mainly includes steps such as design, steel processing, wall and roof panel processing, pre-installation, trial assembly, and on-site installation.

Design Phase: Complete structural design and detailed drawings based on user requirements, clarifying details such as the size, layout, and functional modules of the house to provide precise guidance for subsequent production.
Steel Processing: Select steel of appropriate specifications, such as channel steel and square steel, for cutting, welding, and surface treatment. Weld the steel structural framework according to design requirements, including the chassis, columns, and ring beams, ensuring the stability and load-bearing capacity of the framework. After welding, polish and apply anti-rust treatment to the steel surface, such as brushing epoxy primer and topcoat, to extend its service life.
Wall and Roof Panel Processing: Use materials such as color steel plates, purification panels, or fire-resistant polyurethane sandwich panels for composite processing. Fill with insulation materials such as rock wool and polyurethane to improve the thermal insulation performance of the house. Apply surface treatment to the wall and roof panels to make them flat and aesthetically pleasing.
Pre-installation: Conduct pre-installation of systems such as doors, windows, electrical, and plumbing in the factory. Install doors and windows to ensure smooth opening and closing and good sealing; lay electrical wiring and install lighting fixtures, switches, and sockets; reserve air conditioning holes for the subsequent installation of air conditioning equipment.
Trial Assembly: Before leaving the factory, most manufacturers conduct a trial assembly,拼接 (Note: '拼接' is translated as 'assembling' in context, but kept as a note here for clarity; in the actual text, it would be part of the sentence structure) the modules according to design requirements, check the fit between components, and disassemble them after ensuring no errors for transportation and on-site installation.
On-site Installation: Transport the prefabricated modules to the site, use cranes and other equipment to lift the modules into place, and assemble them in the order of the trial assembly. Use bolts or welding to fix the connection parts to ensure the overall stability of the house. After installation, perform waterproof sealing treatment, such as applying waterproof sealant, to prevent rainwater leakage.
