Container House Process Flow Card
The Container House Process Flow Card covers six major stages: design planning, material preparation, processing and manufacturing, quality inspection, finalization and delivery, and on-site installation. The specific process is as follows:

Design Planning Stage: It is necessary to clarify the usage scenario, dimensions, and functional configurations. For example, construction site dormitories require enhanced ventilation design, while residential units need increased sound insulation structures. Modular modeling techniques are used to determine the load-bearing parameters of the frame, such as a compression resistance of ≥160 kg/m³ for three-story stacking. When cutting doors and windows, avoid load-bearing beams and weld and reinforce the edges of the openings. Pipeline embedding should follow the corrugated grooves of the container body, with maintenance access points reserved for future upkeep.
Material Preparation Stage: Strict selection of core materials is required: For the frame, Q235/Q345 hot-dip galvanized square tubes (thickness ≥4 mm) are used; for the enclosure panels, orange-peel-patterned color-steel composite panels filled with Class A fire-resistant rock wool are selected; for the floor and ceiling, 15 mm thick Class A fire-resistant glass-magnesium boards (with a fire resistance limit of ≥5 hours) are utilized. Pre-treatment processes include sandblasting and rust removal of steel, followed by the application of epoxy zinc-rich primer; edge sealing of cut panels; and pre-assembly testing of the opening and closing performance of accessory systems.
Processing and Manufacturing Stage: Full-welding techniques are employed in the welding process to enhance longitudinal rigidity by 30%, with welds subject to flaw detection. For foldable structures, the hinges are fully welded to the frame, with lubrication channels reserved at the pivot points. The modular assembly process is as follows: frame positioning → wall panel assembly → rock wool filling (compressed and sealed by machine) → roof four-layer structure installation (831 color-steel tiles → steel frame → rock wool → 104 color-steel tiles) → waterproofing treatment (joint sealing with glue + strip sealing). Special processes include adding transverse steel beams for load-bearing after cutting the bottom of the container body, applying glue in three layers for reinforcing the top seams, and adding 10 cm thick polyurethane insulation panels to the exterior walls.
Quality Inspection Stage: Five core tests must be passed: structural strength test (load-bearing capacity ≥8 tons/m², pressure verification for three-story stacking), corrosion resistance test (salt spray ≥500 hours to simulate coastal environments), waterproof sealing test (30 minutes of water pressure without leakage), fire safety test (panels meeting GB8624-2012 Class A1 standards), and foldable function test (100,000 opening and closing cycles without jamming).
Finalization and Delivery Stage: This includes external spraying of fluorocarbon paint (color optional), internal cleaning and deodorization; marking the production date, product number, and load-bearing grade; and compressing the foldable container to one-third of its original volume to reduce transportation costs.
On-site Installation Stage: Positioning and layout should be carried out according to the drawings, with an allowable deviation of 3 mm for ground beam installation. After the columns are welded and shaped, the floor is installed (cracks between panels are prohibited), the walls are installed with sealed corners, the cement surface of the floor is compacted and smoothed, and cracks or sanding are strictly prohibited.
