Container House Management System
The container house management system covers multiple aspects such as planning and construction, safety and hygiene, land use, company management, and safety management of construction site temporary buildings. Specific regulations are as follows:

I. Planning and Construction Management
Container houses require legal approval. If used as temporary buildings, an application for temporary construction planning permission must be submitted to the local construction authorities to obtain a temporary construction permit. For permanent residential or commercial use, formal procedures must be followed to obtain construction land planning permits and construction project planning permits, among others. Container houses erected without approval are considered illegal structures and may face rectification or demolition risks.
II. Safety and Hygiene Standards
- Building Design and Safety: Container houses must undergo formal design and modification to ensure structural stability and resistance to natural forces such as wind and earthquakes. Fire safety performance must meet standards, using fire-retardant materials and equipped with firefighting equipment and evacuation routes. Ventilation and lighting designs must be reasonable to safeguard the health and safety of occupants.
- Living Conditions and Hygiene: Container houses should be equipped with sanitary facilities (such as simple toilets and washbasins), safe electrical facilities (standard wires and sockets), and storage space. The living environment must meet basic requirements for ventilation, lighting, and insulation, and be kept clean with regular garbage disposal to prevent pollution.
III. Land Use and Duration Management
- Land Use Regulations: Construction of container houses must comply with the overall land use plan. It is strictly prohibited to erect container houses on agricultural land for non-agricultural purposes without authorization, otherwise, they will be considered illegal structures.
- Temporary Use Duration: Temporary building container houses must be used within the specified period. Those that continue to be used beyond the expiration date without extension or approval are considered illegal structures.
IV. Company Internal Management System
- General Provisions: Clearly define management objectives (ensuring safety, rational allocation, standardized maintenance), scope of application (procurement, leasing, use, etc.), and basic principles (safety first, rational allocation, standardized management, clear responsibilities).
- Procurement and Leasing Management: Procurement requires demand assessment, approval, supplier selection, contract signing, and acceptance. Leasing requires application, approval, contract signing, rent payment, and return upon expiration.
V. Safety Management of Temporary Buildings on Construction Sites
- Scientific Planning: The location of temporary buildings must comply with regulations, be isolated from the work area, and avoid hazardous areas. Establish disaster prevention emergency plans and conduct regular drills.
- Implementation of Standards: Prioritize the use of container-type prefabricated houses with a service life not exceeding 5 years and a turnover number not exceeding 10 times. Materials and installation (dismantling) processes must comply with standards to ensure structural safety.
