The installation of container houses mainly includes steps such as bottom frame installation, wall installation, and floor laying. The installation steps vary for different types of container houses. Here are some installation points for common container houses:

Installation of Assembled Container Panel Houses

• Bottom Frame Installation: On a flat ground or workbench, connect the bottom corners of the container to the bottom beams using hexagon socket bolts, but do not tighten them temporarily. After adjusting to ensure that the diagonal difference of the bottom frame is ≤3mm, tighten the bolts.
• Secondary Beam Installation: Install π-shaped secondary beams according to the positioning hole positions on the long beams, and fix them with m5.519 self-tapping screws. At the same time, the top of the π-shaped secondary beams and the bottom beams should be fixed with st4.816 round-head drill tail screws.
• Floor Laying: Lay the floor substrate (magnesium oxide board) along the 6-meter direction. Pre-drill holes at both ends of the substrate and cut corners according to the chalk line. Mark the centerline of the π-shaped beams, start laying the floor from one end, and align the joints with the centerline of the π-shaped beams. After laying, snap a chalk line according to the marks, and fix the floor along the chalk line with st4.2*38 cross-head flat-tail screws, with a nail spacing of 300 - 350mm. Finally, sand the entire floor, apply PVC special floor adhesive, wait for 10 - 15 minutes, lay the floor covering, expel the air, and if possible, perform welding treatment at the joints of the floor covering.

Installation of Foldable Container Mobile Houses

• Preparation: Check the stability of the steel wire ropes and keep non-staff away from the installation area.
• Frame Unfolding: Lift the main frame steadily and unfold it, and place support rods in the middle of the container to keep it stable.
• Wall Installation: Push open one wall and tighten it with fastening screws, then push open the other wall with doors and windows and tighten the screws.
• Lifting and Positioning: Lift the folded container house to the predetermined installation position and lower it after ensuring that there is no one around.
