Container House Installation Connection Diagram

The installation connection diagrams of container houses vary depending on the house type and design. The common installation steps and key points are as follows:

Assembled Container Panel House

• Bottom Frame Installation: On a flat ground or workbench, connect the bottom corners of the container to the bottom beams using hexagon socket bolts, but do not tighten them temporarily. After adjusting to ensure that the diagonal difference of the bottom frame is ≤3mm, tighten the bolts.
• Secondary Beam Installation: Install the π-shaped secondary beams according to the positioning hole positions on the long beams. Fix them with m5.519 self-tapping screws, and at the same time, fix the π-shaped secondary beams to the top of the bottom beams with st4.816 round-head self-drilling screws.
• Floor Installation: Lay the floor base plates (magnesium oxide boards) along the 6-meter direction. Pre-drill holes at both ends of the base plates and cut the corners according to the chalk lines. Make marks at the center lines of the π-shaped beams, start laying the floor from one end, align the joints with the center lines of the π-shaped beams, and after laying, snap chalk lines according to the marks. Fix the floor along the chalk lines with st4.2*38 cross-head flat-tail screws, with a nail spacing of 300 - 350mm.
• Floor Treatment: Sand the entire floor, especially the plate joints. Apply PVC special floor adhesive, wait for 10 - 15 minutes, then lay the floor covering, expel the air, and if possible, perform welding treatment on the joints of the floor covering.

Foldable Container Mobile House

• Main Body Unfolding: Check the stability of the steel wire ropes, lift the main frame steadily and unfold it, and place support rods in the middle of the container body to keep it stable.
• Wall Installation: Push open one wall and tighten it with fastening screws, then push open the other wall with doors and windows and tighten the screws.
• Lifting and Positioning: Lift the foldable container house to the predetermined installation position and lower it after ensuring that there is no one around.
