Install Screen Door for Container House

The installation method of the screen door for a container house should be selected according to the door type, mainly divided into two types: split-type invisible screen windows and pull-to-fold screen doors. The installation steps include fixing the screen box, installing the track, adjusting the pull beam, and overall fixation.

Installation of Split-Type Invisible Screen Windows

To install a split-type invisible screen window, first fix the screen box. Use a 3.2mm drill bit to drill holes in the fixing holes inside the left and right end caps of the screen box, and screw in the screws for fixation. The built-in fixing holes in the end caps of the screen box should be kept perpendicular to the fixing holes of the locking tabs in the middle of the left and right tracks to ensure that the locking tabs are firmly fastened after drilling and screwing. When installing the track, use a file to remove the aluminum alloy burrs at the纱网 (screen mesh) inlet to prevent damage to the screen mesh. After seamlessly connecting the track with the screen box buckles, gently tap to tighten them to ensure a stable connection between the track and the screen box.

For the installation of the bottom track, use an electric drill to drill holes and screw in the screws on the track end caps to fix the left end cap buckle. Before fixing the right end cap, pull down the screen window pull beam to test the gap. Tighten the screws after controlling the gap within 1mm, and then attach the bottom hook padding material. Pull the screen window up and down to test whether the switch is smooth and ensure that the screen window opens and closes normally to be qualified.

Installation of Pull-to-Fold Screen Doors

To install a pull-to-fold screen door, first assemble the frame. Use double-sided tape to adhere the back frame of the folding screen window to the joint part of the door and window frame. After removing the protective film of the double-sided tape, horizontally and vertically overlap it and slowly adhere it to the surface of the window frame. The direction of the screen box should be aligned with the position of the door and window hinges, that is, the hinge position of the casement window or casement door is the position where the screen box retracts.

Drill holes and screw in the screws on the inner sides of the four corners of the folding screen window for fixation. If the drilling feel is not good, use double-sided tape for positioning and installation. Finally, seal the edges around with neutral glass glue. If the screen mesh is tilted when pulled out, adjust the limit screw blocks on the side of the folding screen window door. Reasonably move the position of the limit blocks according to the tilt value of the screen mesh to ensure that the screen mesh is flat.

Installation Precautions

Before installation, accurately measure the dimensions of the door frame and take the minimum values of the top, bottom, left, and right to ensure that the screen door can be installed. When purchasing screen windows online, provide accurate dimensions according to the merchant's requirements to avoid installation failures due to errors. During the installation process, pay attention to the flatness of the track to prevent the screen mesh from being scratched or jammed.
