Container House Inspection Report

Admin September 17, 2026

The container house inspection report is a core document that verifies its safety and compliance, covering key indicators such as structure, materials, fire resistance, sound insulation, and environmental adaptability. Systematic inspections are conducted based on industry standards (e.g., GB/T 35204-2017), and conclusions are issued.

Core Inspection Indicators and Procedures

  1. Structural Safety Testing
Overall stability is evaluated through static load tests (bearing capacity ≥ 1.5 times the design load) and dynamic load tests (simulated wind pressure ≥ 0.6 kN/m²) to ensure no structural deformation or weld cracks occur. In some inspections, container houses must pass extreme condition tests simulating magnitude 8 earthquakes and category 12 typhoons to verify their disaster resilience.

  2. Material Performance Analysis
Tests are conducted on steel yield strength (≥ 235 MPa), galvanized coating thickness (≥ 80 μm), and fire-resistant coating durability (≥ 1 hour), which must comply with CECS 24:90 standards. Material quality directly impacts the durability and safety of the house.

  3. Fire Resistance and Sound Insulation Assessment
Combustion performance is classified according to GB 8624-2012, requiring a grade of B1 or higher. Sound insulation tests must meet an airborne sound insulation rating of ≥ 40 dB (GB/T 19889.3). Some tests show that wall thickness and material selection can reduce noise by over 30 decibels.

  4. Environmental Adaptability Verification
This includes temperature cycling tests from -30°C to 70°C and salt spray tests (500 hours without corrosion) to ensure durability in extreme climates, preventing material aging or functional failure due to environmental factors.

Components of the Inspection Report

  • Basic Information: Records the container house number, location, inspection date, and inspecting authority.
  • Inspection Scope and Methods: Specifies the inspected items (e.g., structure, materials, fire resistance) and the technical standards used (e.g., GB/T, CECS).
  • Inspection Results: Lists detailed data for each indicator (e.g., bearing capacity, sound insulation decibel levels) and whether they pass, accompanied by on-site photos or data charts for enhanced persuasiveness.
  • Issues and Recommendations: Proposes repair, reinforcement, or modification plans for non-compliant items, with clear deadlines for rectification (e.g., "weld reinforcement to be completed within 30 days").
  • Conclusion: Provides a comprehensive assessment of the house's overall condition, giving clear conclusions such as "可以继续使用" ("can continue to be used"), "需限期维修" ("requires repair within a specified period"), or "停止使用" ("must cease use").

Reports from authoritative institutions (e.g., SGS, BV) also include QR code anti-counterfeiting labels and CMA/CNAS certification numbers to ensure credibility and legal validity.
