Container House Hole Digging Specification

Admin September 16, 2026

Currently, there is no independent specification specifically targeting hole digging for container houses. However, operational key points can be comprehensively determined by combining the relevant requirements for container house installation and construction projects, as detailed below:

Preparation Before Hole Digging

  • Measurement and Layout: Accurately measure the axis dimensions of each wall foundation to ensure compliance with the drawing requirements. The deviation in axis dimensions should not exceed plus or minus 25mm, and the deviation in wall height should not be greater than 10mm. This is the foundation for ensuring the overall structural stability and accurate installation of the container house. Excessive deviation in axis dimensions may lead to difficulties in subsequent installation and even affect the overall safety of the house.
  • Site Investigation: Determine the type of foundation based on the site conditions, such as brick or concrete foundations. Different geological conditions and site environments have varying requirements for foundations. For example, on soft soil foundations, a more robust concrete foundation may be required to ensure the stability of the house.

Requirements During Hole Digging

  • Dimension Control: Dig trenches according to the drawing dimensions. The dimensions of the holes should match the foundation design requirements of the container house to ensure that the bearing capacity of the foundation can meet the weight and usage requirements of the house.
  • Safety Protection: Pay attention to safety protection at the construction site during hole digging. Set up obvious warning signs to prevent accidents such as personnel falling or objects striking. At the same time, provide necessary support for the hole walls to prevent collapse.

Post-Hole Digging Treatment

  • Foundation Construction: After hole digging is completed, proceed with foundation construction. When embedding the chassis, use expansion screws to firmly fix it to the foundation to ensure a stable and reliable connection between the container house and the foundation.
  • Quality Inspection: After foundation construction is completed, inspect the quality of the holes and the foundation. Check whether the flatness and strength of the foundation meet the requirements to ensure that the foundation can provide stable support for the container house.
