Container House Floor Installation Diagram
Currently, there is no direct installation diagram for the floor of a container house, but standardized operations can be carried out according to the installation process, as follows:

Bottom Frame Installation: First, operations should be carried out on a flat ground or workbench. Connect the bottom corners of the container to the bottom beams using hexagon socket bolts, but do not tighten them immediately. After adjusting the bottom frame to ensure that the difference in its diagonals does not exceed 3mm, tighten the bolts. Install π-shaped secondary beams according to the positions of the positioning holes on the long beams and fix them with m5.519 self-tapping screws. At the same time, the tops of the π-shaped secondary beams and the bottom beams should be fixed with st4.816 round-head self-drilling screws. This step is the foundation of the entire floor installation, and the accuracy of the bottom frame installation directly affects the flatness and stability of the subsequent floor laying.
Floor Substrate Laying: The floor substrate is generally made of magnesium oxide boards and laid along the 6-meter direction. The substrates at both ends have been pre-punched, but they need to be beveled according to the drawn chalk lines. The accuracy of the beveling is crucial for the fit between the substrate and the bottom frame and can avoid gaps or unevenness during subsequent laying.
Marking and Floor Laying: Make marks at the centerlines of the π-shaped beams to prepare for subsequent floor laying and nailing. Start laying the floor from one end, ensuring that the joints between two floorboards coincide with the centerline of the π-shaped beam. After the floor is laid, snap chalk lines on the floor according to the marks previously made at the centerlines of the π-shaped beams. Two chalk lines need to be snapped at the floor joints, each deviating 20mm from the centerline. Then, drive st4.2*38 cross-head flat-tail screws along the chalk lines to fix the floor, with a nailing interval controlled between 300 - 350mm.
Subsequent Treatment: Sand the entire floor, especially the board joints, to make the surface flat and smooth. Then, apply PVC special floor adhesive, wait for 10 - 15 minutes, lay the floor covering, and expel the air between the floor covering and the substrate. If conditions permit, welding treatment can also be carried out at the joints of the floor covering to enhance its sealing and firmness.
Special Requirements for the Installation of Special Container Floors: When lifting the floor of a container, slowly lift the floor with lifting straps and keep it horizontal to avoid bending or breaking the board due to tilting. After installation, check the flatness of the floor and carry out a load-bearing test, such as placing a uniformly distributed load for 24 hours and observing whether there is any deformation or abnormal noise.
