Container House Fixed Fittings

Admin September 15, 2026

Container house fixed fittings mainly include types such as marine lashing fittings, container twist locks, and container side lifting lugs, which are used for the fixation, lifting, and connection of containers.

  1. Marine Lashing Fittings and Container Twist Locks
    Marine lashing fittings and container twist locks are core components in container fixation. Semi-automatic intermediate twist locks achieve rapid locking and releasing through mechanical structures, suitable for dock lifting scenarios, ensuring the stability of containers during transportation or stacking. Container fixing fittings are fixed to container corner fittings or frames through bolts or welding, enhancing the overall rigidity of the structure and preventing displacement or deformation.

  2. Container Side Lifting Lugs
    Side lifting lugs are dedicated lifting structures on both sides of containers, with a single-side load-bearing capacity of up to 12.5 tons. They are designed symmetrically on the left and right to adapt to different lifting directions. Their material is usually high-strength alloy steel, with anti-corrosion treatment on the surface, suitable for high-frequency lifting scenarios such as docks and construction sites, ensuring the balance and safety of containers during lifting.

  3. Frame Connection Fittings
    The frame connection of container houses relies on galvanized thickened frame screws and assembled container corner fittings. These fittings adopt standardized designs and can be quickly assembled through bolts without welding, ensuring structural strength while facilitating disassembly and reassembly. For example, cold storage frames or prefabricated panel house frames achieve modular assembly through such fittings, adapting to different spatial requirements.

  4. Functional Expansion Fittings
    For special scenarios, fixed fittings also include functional expansion parts. For example, adjustable mobile house frames adapt to uneven ground through adjustable feet; rock wool panel corner heads are used for the sealed connection of insulated containers; cement-reinforced floor brackets enhance the ground load-bearing capacity. These fittings are compatible with the main body of containers through standardized interfaces, improving the applicability of the houses.

Purchase Recommendations:

  • Select fitting types based on usage scenarios (e.g., prioritize twist locks for dock lifting and frame screws for fixed living);
  • Confirm material and anti-corrosion treatment (select hot-dip galvanized or stainless steel materials for coastal or high-humidity environments);
  • Prefer merchants that support customization to adapt to non-standard container sizes or special functional requirements.
