Container House Extension Customization
Container houses can be extended and customized in various ways to meet spatial needs in different scenarios.

I. Extended Container Houses
Extended container houses feature additional side or end expansion modules on standard containers, increasing usable area by 30%-50% when deployed. This design is suitable for long-term on-site office scenarios requiring high spatial comfort, such as project departments and construction site command centers. By adding expansion modules, the usable area can be significantly increased without adding more containers, meeting the needs of more personnel or equipment.
II. Double-Wing Expandable Container Houses
Double-wing expandable container houses offer a more flexible expansion method. Taking a 20-foot double-wing expandable container as an example, the side spaces are folded in during transportation for easy loading and international shipping. Upon arrival at the project site, unfolding the side wings creates an indoor usable area of approximately 36㎡. This design expands the actual usable area while maintaining transportation efficiency. Double-wing expandable container houses can adjust their internal layout according to different usage scenarios, such as residential spaces that can be planned as two bedrooms, one living room, one kitchen, and one bathroom, or storage spaces that focus on usable area and access convenience.
III. Modular Container Houses
Modular container houses are assembled on-site using light steel frames and color steel panels. This method allows flexible expansion based on the number of occupants and functional zoning, commonly used in temporary park offices and event planning sites. By adding or removing modules, the size and layout of the house can be easily adjusted to meet spatial needs in different scenarios.
IV. Customized Design
In addition to the above expansion methods, container houses can also be customized according to customer needs. By incorporating elements such as glass curtain walls, wood grain finishes, and irregular structures, creative office buildings that combine functionality and visual appeal can be created for brand displays, cultural and creative parks, and high-end temporary offices.
