Disassembly and Installation Diagram of Container Houses

Admin September 16, 2026

The steps for the disassembly and installation diagram of container houses vary depending on the type, mainly divided into two types: assembled and foldable, as detailed below:

Installation Steps for Assembled Container Panel Houses

  1. Bottom Frame Installation: On a flat ground or workbench, connect the bottom corners of the container to the bottom beams using hexagon socket bolts, initially without tightening. After adjusting the diagonal difference of the bottom frame to be ≤3mm, tighten all bolts to ensure the bottom frame is square and stable.
  2. Secondary Beam and Floor Substrate Installation: Install the π-shaped secondary beams according to the positioning holes on the long beams, and fix them with m5.519 self-tapping screws. At the same time, connect the π-shaped secondary beams to the top of the bottom beams using st4.816 round-head self-drilling screws. Lay the floor substrate (magnesium oxide board) along the 6-meter direction, with both ends cut at an angle according to the pre-punched positions and drawn chalk lines to ensure proper alignment during splicing.
  3. Floor Laying and Fixing: Mark the centerline of the π-shaped beams and start laying the floor from one end, ensuring the splice aligns with the centerline. After laying, snap chalk lines along the centerline (two chalk lines are required at the splice, each offset 20mm from the centerline), and fix the floor with st4.2*38 cross-recessed flat-head self-tapping screws, with a nail spacing of 300-350mm.
  4. Floor Treatment and Floor Adhesive Laying: Sand the entire floor, especially the seams, apply PVC-specific floor adhesive, and wait for 10-15 minutes before laying the floor adhesive. Use a tool to expel air between the floor adhesive and the substrate. If possible, perform welding treatment at the splices to enhance sealing and durability.

Installation Steps for Foldable Container Mobile Houses

  1. Main Frame Unfolding: Check the stability of the steel wire ropes, and use a crane to lift and smoothly unfold the main frame. Place support rods in the middle of the container to ensure the stability of the unfolded structure and prevent deformation or tipping.
  2. Wall Installation: Push open one wall and tighten it with fastening screws; then push open the other wall with doors and windows and also fix it with fastening screws to ensure a firm connection between the walls and the frame.
  3. Overall Lifting and Positioning: Lift the folded container house to the predetermined installation location, confirm that there is no one around, and slowly lower it to avoid collision or damage to the structure. After installation, check whether all components are stable to ensure safe use.
