Container House Decoration Process

Admin September 15, 2026

The decoration process for container houses mainly includes steps such as selection, ground treatment, hoisting and positioning, foundation construction, wall and roof construction, door and window installation, and interior decoration.

  1. Selection Phase: Pay attention to the structural type of the container house, with common options being welded integral containers and bolt-connected modular containers. Welded containers have strong resistance to deformation and are suitable for frequent hoisting and movement; modular containers are easy to assemble and disassemble, but attention should be paid to the tightness of connection nodes. At the same time, check the steel wall thickness of the columns and bottom beams, as well as the coating process on the container surface, to ensure corrosion resistance.

  2. Ground Treatment: Providing a uniform load-bearing foundation for the container house is crucial. Remove loose soil and debris from the ground and compact the original soil layer. For containers used for long-term fixed purposes, it is recommended to pour a concrete strip foundation to ensure the top surface of the foundation is level. For short-term use scenarios, pre-fabricated concrete pads or steel pads can be used.

  3. Hoisting and Positioning: Use steel wire ropes with sufficient load-bearing capacity for hoisting to ensure that all lifting points are subjected to synchronous force. After the container is positioned, check the fit between the bottom beam and the foundation pad, and use thin steel plates to fill in local suspended areas to ensure the levelness error is within the specified range.

  4. Foundation Construction: Adopt a concrete foundation to ensure stability and firmness, providing good conditions for subsequent construction.

  5. Wall and Roof Construction: Use dedicated wall panels and roof panels for container houses to ensure functions such as sound insulation, heat insulation, fire prevention, and waterproofing for the walls, as well as waterproofing, heat insulation, and thermal insulation for the roof.

  6. Door and Window Installation: Select high-quality doors and windows to ensure flexible opening and good sealing, enhancing living comfort.

  7. Interior Decoration: Decorate the walls, floors, and ceilings according to customer needs, choosing materials such as paint, tiles, and flooring to create a personalized living space.
