Container House Decoration Methods

Admin September 15, 2026

Container house decoration can create a living space that meets the needs of different scenarios and has a texture close to that of an ordinary house through reasonable layout planning, attention to lighting and insulation, clever design of interior space, and beautification of the exterior facade.

  • Reasonable layout planning: Choose splicing combinations or staggered stacking methods to expand functional areas according to needs. For example, splicing 2 - 3 containers can form a flat layout with an integrated living and dining room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a bathtub. Staggered design can create rich spatial levels, with a leisure courtyard or aisle area left on the ground floor to improve ventilation and lighting. Small units can use multi-functional furniture, such as foldable beds, foldable tables, and integrated cabinets in a 15-square-meter space, to enhance space flexibility.
  • Attention to lighting and insulation: Install large floor-to-ceiling windows, roof skylights, and glass partitions to make the interior bright and transparent, blending with nature. Add interior insulation layers to the walls and roof, and choose triple-glazed windows to achieve warmth in winter and coolness in summer, with better heat insulation than red brick walls. Set up roof eaves or terrace sunshades to prevent sun exposure in summer and enrich the facade.
  • Clever design of interior space: Different functional areas have their own design points. The living room can have a造型 (stylistic) design, combining closed and open storage. The kitchen adopts a linear design to save space, paired with a large amount of storage space to ensure tidiness. The bedroom uses custom foldable beds to meet sleep and leisure needs. The bathroom should have rounded corners and use wooden wall partitions for zoning.
  • Beautification of the exterior facade: Get rid of the industrial feel and create a villa-like atmosphere through paint spraying, themed spray painting, cladding, or glass curtain walls. At the same time, the container is elevated on pile foundations to prevent moisture and insects and facilitate site leveling.
