Container House Decoration Inspection Form

Admin September 17, 2026

The container house decoration inspection form can be compiled by referring to the following framework, which covers five core modules: basic structure, installation and functionality, decoration details, safety and compliance, and finalization and after-sales service:

I. Basic Structure Inspection

  1. Component Quality: Product quality reports and compliance certificates must be provided to ensure that the main structure of the container meets design standards.
  2. Fire Resistance: The container's fire rating must reach Class A standards. During inspection, check the integrity of the fire-resistant coating and the inspection report.
  3. Steel Structure Welding: Focus on inspecting welding areas for any signs of unsoldering, weld damage, or rust to ensure structural stability.
  4. Appearance Integrity: The container surface should be free of dents, cracks, or water leakage marks, with uniform color.
  5. Insulation Layer: Insulation materials must fully cover the container without any exposed areas to avoid affecting thermal insulation performance.

II. Installation and Functionality Inspection

  1. Foundation Strength: The strength of the concrete or mortar foundation must meet design requirements, which can be verified through rebound testing or by reviewing construction records.
  2. Drainage System: Check whether the drainage slopes on the roof and floor are reasonable to ensure no water accumulation and smooth drainage without blockages.
  3. Circuit Installation: Indoor wiring should be installed openly using PVC pipes (channels), with cables firmly fixed and no exposed or damaged wires.

III. Decoration Details Inspection

  1. Cabinets and Panels:
    • The vertical error of cabinets must be ≤2mm, with a flat surface and no height differences.
    • Edge sealing should be tight, with no missed, broken, or peeling edges.
    • The environmental protection label of the panels should match the contract, with no pungent odors.
  2. Hardware Functionality:
    • Hinges should have normal damping, and drawers should slide smoothly without jamming.
    • Handles should be installed correctly, with no loose fixing screws.
  3. Detail Enhancement:
    • Caulking should be uniform, with no overflow, dirty caulk, or mold.
    • Holes (such as socket holes and pipe holes) should be neat, with no burrs on the edges.

IV. Safety and Compliance Inspection

  1. Gas Pipeline: The pipeline layout must comply with safety regulations, match the model of the gas stove, and have no leakage risks.
  2. Air Conditioning/Floor Heating: The equipment should operate normally, with satisfactory cooling/heating effects and no water leakage or abnormal noise.

V. Finalization and After-sales Service

  1. Complete Accessories: Small hardware such as spare hinges and screws should be complete for easy maintenance.
  2. Clean Completion: The site should be free of wood shavings, residual glue, or construction debris, maintaining cleanliness.
