Container House Customization Process

Admin September 15, 2026

The container house customization process generally includes stages such as communicating needs, designing solutions, confirming contracts, production and quality inspection, transportation and installation, and acceptance and delivery. Details are as follows:

Communicating Needs and On-site Survey: Customers need to provide key information to the manufacturer, such as the intended use, site conditions, and budget range. For example, if it is for a scenic area homestay, they should specify the expected number of occupants, functional areas (such as accommodation, dining, and leisure), and special requirements (such as full-house smart configuration and roof greening systems). If it is for temporary office use on a construction site, they should clarify the number of office workers, whether a conference room is needed, and file storage space, etc. Based on this information, combined with the site terrain (such as plains or mountains), climatic conditions (such as rainy or high-temperature areas), and logistics costs, the manufacturer conducts an on-site survey to ensure the design solution meets actual needs.

Design Solution and Quotation: Based on the survey results, the manufacturer provides a detailed design solution, including the size of the container, structure (such as single-story or multi-story combinations), materials (such as steel thickness and wall material types), functional modules (such as bathrooms, kitchens, and air conditioning positions), and decoration (such as flooring, curtains, and lighting). At the same time, a detailed quotation is provided, covering material costs, production expenses, transportation and installation, and after-sales support. Customers can compare the service content and prices of different manufacturers based on the quotation and choose the most cost-effective solution.

Confirming Contract and Production: After both parties confirm the design solution and quotation, a formal contract is signed, specifying the delivery cycle, quality standards, and after-sales terms. The manufacturer arranges factory production according to the contract and strictly controls quality during the production process, such as checking the steel thickness of main beams and columns, whether the welding process is full without cold welds, and whether the container body has undergone overall galvanizing or anti-corrosion coating. After the product is completed, quality inspection and painting are carried out to ensure it meets safety and aesthetic requirements.

Transportation, Installation, and Acceptance and Delivery: The manufacturer arranges a professional transportation team to deliver the container house to the site and perform lifting and assembly. Before installation, the customer needs to ensure the site is flat and well-planned, such as preparing a level ground for foldable container houses in advance. After installation is completed, both parties conduct an acceptance check to inspect the structural stability, waterproof performance, and whether the functional modules are operating normally. After acceptance, the manufacturer provides supporting after-sales support, such as regular maintenance and emergency response.
