Container House Contracting Plan

Admin September 15, 2026

The container house contracting plan should cover project overview, construction deployment, process materials, schedule arrangements, quality and safety control, and environmental protection measures.

I. Project Overview

The project is identified as the construction of temporary office and living facilities, utilizing a modular combination of container houses. It is necessary to specify the total land area, layout areas (office areas, dormitory areas, etc.), container specifications (such as 3m×6m single containers and 3m×9m combined containers), structural form (light steel framework with rock wool sandwich panel cladding), number of floors and height restrictions (primarily three floors, with some areas having two floors, and a total building height of ≤9.6 meters), design service life (5 years), seismic fortification intensity (7 degrees), and fire resistance rating (Class II).

II. Construction Deployment and Preparation

  1. Organizational Structure: Establish a project manager-led team, including technical supervisors, safety officers, quality inspectors, material managers, and professional installation teams (lifting team, structural reinforcement team, plumbing and electrical installation team, decoration team), with clear division of labor and coordination mechanisms.
  2. Compilation Basis: Adhere to national and industry standards (such as the 'Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Steel Structures' and the 'Technical Code for Safety of Hoisting Engineering in Building Construction'), design drawings, and site survey conditions.
  3. Construction Focus: Control the verticality of stacked containers, ensure seismic and anti-loosening treatment at node connections, and focus on waterproof sealing works.

III. Construction Process and Materials

  1. Main Structure: Adopt on-site assembly, with container modules fixedly connected by bolts to ensure structural stability.
  2. Interior Decoration: Use environmentally friendly, fire-resistant, and easy-to-clean materials for walls, floors, and ceilings.
  3. Supporting Facilities: Plumbing and electrical installations, ventilation, lighting, doors, and windows should comply with national standards, with priority given to energy-efficient materials.
  4. Material Selection: Use high-strength, lightweight, and corrosion-resistant container modules for the main structure; decoration materials must meet environmental protection and fire resistance requirements.

IV. Construction Schedule Arrangement

  1. Preparation Phase (2 weeks): Drawing review, technical briefing, material procurement, and personnel training.
  2. Construction Phase (4 weeks): Assembly of the main structure, interior decoration, and installation of supporting facilities.
  3. Acceptance Phase (1 week): Quality inspection and overall acceptance.
  4. Demolition and Recycling Phase (1 week): Modular demolition and container recycling.

V. Quality and Safety Control

  1. Quality Control: Establish a quality management system, strictly inspect materials, monitor processes, and implement an acceptance system, while strengthening the skill training of construction personnel.
  2. Safety Measures: Formulate safety management regulations, strengthen the safety management of lifting operations and temporary electricity use, conduct regular safety inspections, and eliminate hidden dangers.

VI. Environmental Protection Measures

The construction site should practice civilized construction, reduce dust pollution, prioritize the use of low-carbon materials, and lower carbon emissions.
