Container House Construction Technology
The construction technology of container houses mainly includes foundation construction, main structure assembly, wall and roof construction, door and window installation, water and electricity installation, and interior decoration. Its core lies in modular design and industrial prefabrication, achieving efficient and precise on-site assembly through standardized processes.

Foundation Construction
Foundation construction is crucial for the stability of container houses. Typically, concrete foundations are used, ensuring they are level and sturdy, with drainage pipes pre-embedded to prevent water accumulation. For long-term outdoor use, concrete piers or steel frames should be installed at the bottom to enhance wind and earthquake resistance. After foundation construction, a review should be conducted to ensure compliance with design requirements.
Main Structure Assembly
The main structure of container houses is modified from standard shipping containers and assembled on-site. Before assembly, components should undergo incoming inspection to ensure quality standards are met. During assembly, appropriate lifting points should be selected, and container modules should be lifted to designated positions using cranes, with verticality controlled to ensure stability during multi-container stacking. Seismic and anti-loosening treatments, such as welding and bolt fixation, should be applied at structural connections to enhance overall safety.
Wall and Roof Construction
Wall and roof construction utilize specialized materials, such as rock wool sandwich panels, to ensure sound insulation, thermal insulation, fire resistance, and waterproofing. During wall construction, attention should be paid to reinforcing the joints between new and existing walls, such as by embedding tie bars and hanging galvanized steel wire mesh, to reduce the likelihood of cracking. Roof construction should ensure the integrity of the waterproof layer, typically combining rigid and flexible waterproofing methods, and conducting closed-water tests to verify waterproofing effectiveness.
Door and Window Installation and Water and Electricity Installation
Door and window installation should use high-quality doors and windows, ensuring smooth operation and good sealing. Water and electricity installation, being concealed works, should have some pre-embedding processes completed in the factory, such as water and electricity pipelines, switches, and sockets, with only simple wiring and fixation required on-site. After water and electricity completion, pressure tests and VR panoramic photos should be taken for future maintenance and reference.
Interior Decoration
Interior decoration is customized according to customer needs, including wall, floor, and ceiling decoration. Decorative materials should be environmentally friendly, fire-resistant, and easy to clean, ensuring居住 safety and comfort. During decoration, attention should be paid to detailing, such as edge finishing and sealing, to enhance overall aesthetics.
