Container House Construction Process
The construction process of a container house mainly includes two stages: factory prefabrication and on-site assembly. The specific steps are as follows:

I. Factory Prefabrication Stage
Steel Structure Frame Welding
Cut the steel materials according to the design drawings and weld the main beams, columns, and chassis frames. For example, the chassis of a 3m×6m residential container is welded using 140×50 channel steel, with the crossbeams made of 4×8×2.0 square steel at a spacing of 35 centimeters. The columns and roof ring beams are fully welded using 5×5×2.0 square steel to ensure structural strength. The frame needs to undergo overall galvanizing or anti-corrosion coating treatment to extend its service life.Wall and Roof Panel Installation
Prefabricate the wall panels and roof panels, usually using 50mm thick purification panels (white on both sides). Reserve positions for 930×1000 sliding windows and use specially made color-steel plate doors (930×2000). Lay 18mm thick building formwork on the chassis, with a load-bearing capacity of up to 200 kilograms per square meter. Some products will have pre-embedded water and electricity pipelines to improve on-site assembly efficiency.Internal Functional Module Construction
Install floor leather, lighting fixtures, switches, sockets, and air conditioning holes. The floor leather should cover the entire chassis floor. The lighting fixtures are usually located in the center of the house, the switches are placed beside the door, and the sockets are 60 centimeters above the ground. The air conditioning hole is opened on the opposite side of the door for easy pipeline layout.Waterproofing and Detail Handling
Apply waterproof sealant at the joints of window frames, door frames, and roof panels. Preferably use glass curtain wall special sealant, whose waterproof performance is 5-6 times stronger than that of ordinary sealant and can withstand long-term wind and rain.
II. On-site Assembly Stage
Foundation Treatment and Hoisting
Clean the installation site and level the foundation. Use a crane to hoist the prefabricated modules to the designated positions. For foldable containers, first unfold the main frame and install support rods to keep it stable.Module Connection and Fixing
Connect the steel beams and columns of adjacent modules using screws or welding to ensure that the perpendicularity and levelness meet the standards. For example, install the steel beams one by one and then use a plumb line to calibrate them before welding the horizontal supports and chassis iron.Concealed Work Inspection
Check whether the water and electricity pipelines, moisture-proof layers, and waterproof layers are properly installed. The quality of concealed work directly affects the service life of the house. Strict testing is required to ensure there are no leakage or short-circuit problems before proceeding to the next step.Final Decoration and Debugging
Install window security grilles, stairs, and railings to ensure they are firmly connected. Debug the smooth opening and closing of doors and windows, repair scratches or dents on the walls, and complete surface decoration work such as PVC ceiling panels.
