Container House Construction Images
Currently, we are unable to directly provide images of container house construction, but we can offer a detailed introduction to its construction process and key steps.

The construction of a container house involves transforming standard shipping containers into habitable or office spaces, encompassing several crucial steps. Firstly, container selection and preparation are essential. Containers must be chosen based on design requirements, considering appropriate sizes and quantities, typically opting for internationally standardized 20-foot or 40-foot containers. After selection, a thorough inspection is conducted to ensure structural integrity, absence of severe rust or damage, and necessary cleaning and rust removal are performed to lay the groundwork for subsequent modifications.
Next comes structural modification and reinforcement. According to design blueprints, containers undergo cutting, window installation, door installation, and other operations to meet ventilation, lighting, and access needs. Simultaneously, to enhance the overall stability and seismic resistance of the house, reinforcement is carried out at key locations such as walls, roofs, and floors, including the addition of steel beams, columns, or the use of high-strength connectors.
Subsequently, interior decoration and facility installation take place. Inside the modified containers, walls, floors, and ceilings are decorated using lightweight, eco-friendly materials like gypsum board, wooden flooring, and integrated ceiling systems. Additionally, essential infrastructure such as water and electricity lines, lighting fixtures, and air conditioning systems are installed to ensure the house meets basic living or office requirements.
Finally, exterior decoration and overall commissioning are performed. The exterior of the containers undergoes waterproofing and anti-corrosion treatments, and exterior wall decoration materials such as color-coated steel sheets, aluminum-plastic panels, or wooden veneers are installed to enhance the house's aesthetics and durability. After completing all decorations and facility installations, an overall commissioning and inspection are conducted to ensure all functions operate normally without safety hazards.
