Container House Construction Drawing Design

Admin September 17, 2026

The construction drawing design of container houses includes various drawings and detailed descriptions, covering multiple aspects such as foundation, architecture, and structure.

Foundation Design: The construction drawings for container house projects clearly specify the use of independent foundations. When the foundation conditions are poor, graded sand and gravel can be used for replacement. The bearing capacity of the treated foundation must be no less than 150Kpa to ensure the stability of the house foundation. When the top burial depth of the independent foundation is not less than the cross-sectional height of the ground beam, short columns should be set up. The side length of the short columns is b + 200 (where b is the side length of the column), and the stirrups of the short columns are the same as those of the columns. This design effectively enhances the connection between the foundation and the superstructure, improving overall seismic performance.

Architectural Design: The architectural construction drawings for container houses (including descriptions, a total of 5 sheets) are rich in content. The design description of the box-type combined house elaborates in detail on key information such as design concepts and material selection. The floor plan shows the distribution of various functional areas inside the house, such as the locations and sizes of bedrooms, living rooms, kitchens, and bathrooms. The roof plan presents the shape, slope, and drainage direction of the roof. The roof panel layout plan specifies the laying method and specifications of the roof panels. The house elevation shows the exterior appearance of the house from different directions, including the locations and styles of doors and windows. The floor plan arranges the laying method and material selection of the floor. The detail drawings provide detailed displays of key nodes, such as the connections between doors/windows and walls, and the junctions between the roof and walls, offering precise guidance for construction.

Structural Design: The CAD construction drawings for the architectural structure design of container-type houses include axial elevations, rear elevations, floor plans, front elevations, etc., comprehensively showing the structural form of the house. The detailed drawing descriptions cover the thickness of the insulation layers on the roof and walls, which is related to the thermal insulation performance of the house; the specifications of angle steels, the connection details of checkered steel plate doors (windows), sealed aluminum color plate doors (plastic steel windows) with glue grooves, and I-beam connection details, clarifying the connection methods and material requirements of various structural components; weld requirements, the thickness of reinforcement plates, and the material of section steels, ensuring the safety and durability of the structure. In addition, details such as the laying details of the checkered steel plates on the ground floor, the connection details of internal and external corners, the connection details between the exterior wall panels and internal partition walls, and the roof eave coverings are also designed. The skeletal components are all painted with two coats of white anti-rust paint to prevent rusting and extend the service life of the house.
